The Blossoms at Hot Springs Rehab & Nursing Center

Changing the name and LLC does nothing when you do not change the ways and the staff. My loved one was never given a shower or change of clothes, which he had because I brought those things. He had a few heart attacks and was always dirty. I was so happy to get him out!

My sister recently died at this facility after being their for 6-7 years. I am so grateful for their love and care they gave her. She had more challenges than anyone I know. She was so strong. Being strong in spirit made her more challenging for her caregivers. The last year or 2 she declined and became a total care bedbound patient. She never had ski. Breakdown and even survived covid. I will always be grateful for the staff there from administration, nurses, cna's, housekeeping, dietary, office staff, social workers were great!

Worse place that I have ever seen! Look around good! Do not place your loved ones there! They should put cameras in every room, and every area, they would find out that they wouldn't want there dog to stay there! And the food is like slop.....

The administration is on point. The administrator has turned that place around and holds her staff accountable. She works hard at what she does and you can see her compassion for the residents there.

This is more like a mental ward so much chaos terrible rooms Very unprofessional. The people working as staff do not know what they are doing i took my husband here and the next day i took him out I would not let my dog stay here!

Very Disappointed in this place. Wouldn't let my brother and sister our myself talk to my Dad when I'd was Dieing in hospital, Wouldn't even give the code to talk to nurse at hospital, this place just horrible Wouldn't /won't even return our phone calls 😢 💔

I wish they had a - star Never let your love one go to this place. they over medicate the patients . they are mean and if you remove your love one they will not refund your money the is due

Nasty place very Unprofessional!!!!! Vicky and some of her employees need to be replaced!!!!!!! It’s sad When a resident family member ask for a washcloth to wash his face is not a washcloth in the building!!!!!The whole place just need to be close down
