The Blossoms at Eureka Springs Rehab & Nursing Center

It is an ok place. They need more staff I had trouble getting assistance when I needed it. Food is ok like any rehab/hospital facility. They need to have a hall specifically for rehab patients. I was told they did but they did not. You are mixed in with all nursing home patients. Not a great situation. <br>The plus is they have good pt and ot personnel.
