The Blossoms at Cumberland Rehab & Nursing Center

At this location I was making a delivery for my customer and I only had to wait a few minutes for the client to arrive to pick up their delivery via DooDash. My first time visiting the place. I accidentally parked in a spot in front of that building. I tried to call the customer several times and she did not answer. Only the customer said that he will wait near that place. Once inside there were employees who could help and they didn't. This black lady comes instead of helping me and asking first who she was looking for. She simply responds, sir, move on, in a rude and impolite voice. At no point did she ask if it was DoorDash. Except these people are only dedicated to speaking what suits them and not listening. The receptionist, also black, was upset because I was waiting a few minutes for the customer to arrive. These people should be a little polite to the people who work for DoorDash. They don't know how to deal with door service. If it's a rehab center, they're supposed to help whether you're a patient or not. Be careful with these people, they recruit them with terrible and rude attitudes. It seems that these people have never been taught how to treat people. We all deserve respect. They should then apply it to their work environment. Terrible and terrible service.

Need new management, new administration, new leads new everything .. this place is horrible! In a great location . But ran but judgmental people!!

Amazing staff!! They always make you feel welcome and comfortable. They make sure to focus on the residents as well as others who come in. Overall a fantastic facility!!
