The Athletic Training Room

This place is awesome! I am an injured runner and have been seeing Joanne for soft tissue work. She has been incredibly helpful, professional, knowledgeable, and encouraging! My injury is healing and I feel like I am making progress. She approaches the injury in a comprehensive way and with care. Plus, their hours are flexible for my schedule with appointments in the early mornings. I feel refreshed and with less pain every time I go!

Keri helped me on a couple occassions over the years with muscle tightness in my lower back. Recently she was able to provide me immediate relief and had me back in the gym after just one visit after I got a little carried away on some dead lifts. Highly reccommend.
