I was really hesitant to post this review because I know some of the employees are aware of where I work because I’ve been present in my work uniform before. However, I feel like this really needs to be heard for those that are possibly looking for a new doctor. Attached to this review will be my proof. I called the office this morning and was greeted with a not so friendly “please hold” and was put on hold only to be hung up on after holding several minutes. No big deal, I call back and a younger gentleman answered the phone. I explained to him that my medication is almost out and I have zero refills left (I should’ve noticed sooner) He informs me I missed an appointment in December. To which I explain to him the appointment card states June and I received no appointment card, phone call, email, etc for this so called appointment. However, still no big deal. I know a doctor retired, I’m sure new employees came in, etc. it happens. I ask if I can have another refill sent in or be seen within the next few days if necessary. This medication is an SSRI for reference. He puts me on a brief hold to chat with a nurse and comes back and says “so have you been stealing the medication, how have you been taking it” it caught me so off guard that I just said no, I’m on my last refill. He puts me on hold again to which it starts to really sink it the snarky nasty remark he just made. However, I’m assuming it’s the nurse that is putting him up to the questions because he keeps returning after brief holds saying these things. After the last hold, I lost my cool and let him know how inappropriate that was to say and that I had already explained I’m on my last refill. He then tries to backtrack everything he said once he realized I was not happy. I am still in shock that someone would say that. It’s a SSRI medication, that I had a PRESCRIPTION through them for. I never had these issues when doctor bridges was there. In fact, I liked him so much I referred 3 of their newer patients. One of which had a similar issue with a nurse making inappropriate comments. I’m assuming possibly the same one. I hope this review saves someone from this place especially if you are struggling and it’s hard for you to see a doctor anyways. Attached is my prescription which shows it was valid until 6/2024. Because I’m sure this accusation will be denied seeing as he tried to backtrack immediately on the phone. I was seen by a different doctors office today and had the medicine immediately refilled because they realized the importance of it.

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Bridges for almost ten years. To put it simply, he saved my husband's life through his thorough review of lab work and fast referral to a specialist. We don't trust any other doctor to take care of our medical needs like Dr. Bridges does. Office staff turnover was tricky for a while, but things are better now. Hillary is the BEST!

The office staff is unorganized. They are always telling me the wrong appt time now that I have had enough they say that is my paperwork time. It doesn't take 40 mins to do paperwork. Also they make you pay the copay before you are seen by doctor. They have no respect for the clients time. They also do not cancel appts when you call to cancel them.

Dr. Bridges always listens to me. 8f it's something he can't help you with, he'll refer you to someone who can.
