I have been looking for a therapeutic massage since sitting long hours at job caused chronic neck and back pain. I read the high ranking reviews about this place and have started massages 3 months ago. Absolutely incredible, even with one session of 1.5 hr Thai massage with Rose was a big difference in one week after the massage. I was told that the technique the professional owner teaches therapist are healing, combinations of stretching, dip tissue and a lot of right pressure and blood flow to the right areas . I have been continuing for weekly massages for a while, now doing bi-weekly and will be continuing monthly to main my health and avoid Dr visits or medications. I highly recommend this place. I am super thankful.

I started seeing Paula at Thai Sport Bodyworks about 1 1/2 years ago. I had been having neck issues for months. Paula was able to correct my issue in just 2 visits. I've been seeing her twice a month now to keep me in shape and work with my sciatica. I feel the immediate benefits of her work after each session. Entire staff is very friendly!

Came here to say expecting a “sport-style” Thai massage, as I’ve been working out a lot and training for a race. Took the time to fill out the pre-session questionnaire about my desired areas of focus and soreness. Arrived and the masseuse had no idea, asked me all the questions again, didn’t even focus where I desired. The massage itself was not relaxing at all - big bursts of pressure followed by moments of nothing while she moved around to position herself for the next moments of pressure when she walked on my back. Maybe 30 seconds off stretching at the very end, I wouldn’t describe this like a sports massage like the website says.

Paula gave me a unique and relaxing experience. She seemed to have an intuition to find those problem spots. The massage was therapeutic and nurturing. The best!

Absolutely love this place and the staff. The ambience and ginger tea alone is so calming and relaxing. Definitely love the sports massage and stretches. The spa massage just feels like regular deep tissue but it was still very relaxing.

Amazing, I suffered from chronic shoulder and upper back pain for years now. Sought out help from doctors, chiropractors and did physical therapy with the occasional deep tissue massage. This was FAR BETTER than any massage I have ever gotten. Elysia C was amazing and knew exactly where to focus on and what areas were tender as well. I feel like a new person, the pain has drastically gone down from a 8 out of 10 to a solid 4 out of 10. I can enjoy my daily activities now and not have the on going distraction of the constant pain. I’m only in California for another two months but I will definitely be coming back before my flight back home!!!!!

This is my go-to massage place for a therapeutic massage. Every therapist is exceptional and works on the areas I request. Scheduling is easy. The facility is a clean and comfortable atmosphere. Communication is great. I always recommend this place to people who have back, neck or muscle pain anywhere and need relief and healing.
