This particular practice is AWESOME! I was new to physical therapy and miserable after a fracture. My goal to be normal again. Devin motivated and challenged me. Never dreaded my appointments. The entire practice is friendly and helpful. Terrific equipment in comfortable surroundings. You can’t go wrong here, as long as you’re willing to put in the effort. Highly recommend!

Dr. Josh at Texas Phrysical Therapy Specialists off 201 and Wilderness Oaks was the best. He maneuvered my hip carefully and deliberately and then provided thoughtful exercises to strengthen the muscles which control the hip movement particularly in the groin area. Josh was always cordial and unassuming. Now I’m back to playing pickleball with no pain. Thank you Josh.

Texas Physical Therapy Specialist at the Wilderness Oaks location are the absolute best! Doctors and staff are professional, caring and fun. They consistently evaluate you and adjust your therapy to fit your ability. They listen and take the time to talk to you about how you feel and what you think is working for you. I am so happy I chose this location for my PT and would highly recommend it to anyone.

To anyone needing to regain their physical health and quality of life back in a dynamic and supportive environment, there’s no question that this facility and its staff will provide the care you need. From day one I received an accurate diagnosis of my joint injury, which I’d lived with for over a year by then and had thought I’d need surgery for. I began working with Josh who gave not only the latest methodology, approach and skill, but did so with the heart and enthusiasm I truly needed at that stage. From a place of hardly being able to walk and unable to sleep for over 4 months, I’ve regained that and then some! I’m back to gym, daily walks and sleeping without pain. I can’t thank them all enough for the tough but enjoyable sessions, from Vanessa at front desk to all the staff for the personal attention to every one of us in their care. I recently completed my physical therapy at this location after two separate surgeries - one for my calf and another for my ankle. Anjelica and Josh were my therapists, and I can't recommend them and this place highly enough! They are knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely committed to helping their patients recover. This facility is outstanding! Josh was a real pro in getting me back on my feet in no time. Ankle surgery - ligament replacements & tendon repair - are a slow healing. Josh would take the time throughout my entire recovery experience to get my feedback and address specific discomfort, lack of strength, limited range of motion and general areas of concern. The variations of new exercises and equipment would be introduce at exactly the right time to stair-step my progress (pun intended) and push through plateaus. In 5 months I was back to hiking, biking and even enjoying yard work. Can’t speak highly enough about Josh and this conveniently located center!!

I’ve been to many Physical Therapy places in Texas and North Carolina. I’ve had some good and bad Physical Therapists along the way. I can honestly say Josh has been the best I’ve ever had. He is located at the Wilderness Oak location and if you can go to that location and get lucky enough to book him, you will not regret it.
