I recently had an extremely negative encounter where I was ignored for a full 30 minutes. The doctors were visibly texting on their phones, which felt incredibly unprofessional. Even the receptionists expressed their apologies and assured me that such behavior was not typical.

I have been going to Texas Physical Therapy for a several months prior to, and post, ACL surgery. Absolutely everyone here is easy going, friendly, and professional; from the front desk, to the technicians, and the doctors. Erica has been incredible, I see progress from week to week and look forward to getting back on the golf course! I recommend Texas Physical Therapy to anyone that needs PT!

Received great care and therapy from Marie K. at this location both before and after a TKR of my left knee. She and all the therapists at the Spurs Lane location are friendly and professional, and make the experience an enjoyable one. Learned a lot and was able to get answers to all my questions, and I had a lot! Would definitely return to Marie K. and this group again and highly recommend them.

Dr Erica Cioti is Fantastic. Was referred for torn Achilles Tendon and she has been great. She explains what we are doing and the reason why and what we are wanting to accomplish. Highly recommend the team at Texas Physical Therapy Specialists.

Highly recommend this place for PT. They're top notch when it comes to service! Docs take the time to answer all of your questions & concerns regarding your treatment plan. They're truly an exceptional bunch!

Erica C is very unprofessional and rude. A patient expects excellent care at a physical therapy clinic in order to recover. Erica C made my experience unbearable, I will find another physical therapy clinic.

Just finished psychical therapy on my knee from acl surgery with Jonathan Loch and couldn’t ask for better results. At the start I was scared I would never be able to preform the same way I used to before having surgery but Jonathan helped me gain back that confidence in my knee with the right workouts towards my goal to be able to preform exactly how I was prior to the injury. I will still continue to therapy on my own as I have gained much knowledge of the workouts I was put through & I believe have really helped me in getting my confidence back and durability in my knee!

Horrible experience. These people had to reschedule me 4 times and took about a month to see again by the time I finally made it in was 10 minutes late because of a traffic accident and i was turned away again.. i would appreciate it if they could make exceptions in cases like this but no the girls in front are rude and short. If your appointment is at 9am you must be there 1 hour before. Just ridiculous 🙄
