I worked with Heidi Young after having surgery on my upper spine. As a hairstylist, I knew strengthening my upper back was crucial in order for me to return to work. Heidi explained how strengthening other muscles like my core and legs was just as important- especially after months of rest after a major surgery. She gave me an amazing workout routine, watching carefully that I was in proper form. She challenged me, encouraged me and listened to me. She was Informative, patient and I left my last session feeling confident I was on the right path to continue my strengthening journey on my own. I am so grateful to her!

With their knowledge, experience and personalized treatment plans, they can take you from the painful sidelines of injury or surgical recovery and get you back doing what you love to do. Admittedly, I am a veteran patient at TPT. Whether it's been post-surgical rehab or injury related therapy, their understanding of my issue and treatment plan given has always produced the most positive results that I could have hoped for. Most recently, I was treated for achilles tendonitis with Jess and Lori as my therapists. Jess was great with my evaluation and was able to quickly identify my issue and set up the treatment plan. Lori was super knowledgeable and provided amazing care with all my treatments. I went from literally hobbling in severe pain to my first visit to walking out with no pain at the last visit. 100% recommend TPT! Therapists and staff are all great!

I went to Tewksbury physical therapy after having a reverse total shoulder replacement. Heidi was my therapist and I can’t say enough good things about her. She was kind, encouraging, knowledgeable, and able to adapt my therapy as other arthritic issues surfaced. There is a Friendly, fun, family atmosphere there, starting with the girls at the front desk to the other patients and therapist. Thank you all for everything you did to help my recovery.

I just completed an extended rehab program for a right knee injury. I initially worked with Mike and then with Lou post surgery. I also worked with Lori and Heidi a few times, as well. Tewksbury Physical therapy is by far the BEST around! When you get there, you feel like family! I was in excruciating pain after back surgery, not only do i feel amazing after just a short time!! Cant wait for more. Lou and Heidi sat with me and listened to how I was feeling and explained what was happening! The most friendly staff too!! Tewksbury Physical Therapy has the best staff. Everyone is kind, caring, compassionate and very helpful. No matter if it’s Theresa the receptionist or Amanda the assistant or the therapists. I’m working with Dave and Lori who really encourage my progress and give great exercises to improve my mobility. Teamwork is definitely the dream work here!!! Every patient is treated like a VIP. Awesome!!!
