Tevin Gillette, OT

Tevin Gillette is totally great!! She helped me to have a colostomy reversible, after 4 years with it (due to non-relaxing pelvic muscles). She has taught me so much about how to exercise my pelvic muscles. It has literally changed my life for the better!!

Tevin is so good at her job! She has helped me with the program she teaches for urinary incontinence and bowel problems. She has given me exercises, techniques and other things to try to make my body work better than it had been in the past. She makes you feel comfortable and at ease when you could very easily feel awkward. I would recommend this program and Tevin to anyone with this problem, which is just about every woman over 40. 😉 Ask your family doctor or gyn for a referral. It will be worth your time!
