sure, the facility doesn't look like a 5 star resort like Pair & Marotta, but the Staff at this facility is 10 star quality. They take you seriously, they work hard & they work together as a team, they are great with people and truly want to help you get better. Even the receptionists are Fantastic here. If you take your physical therapy serious at this location and put the work in, you will see results. I have. I came in with a dead knee and was fighting off having to walk with a cane, which my pride simply will not allow, but thanks to them i have gotten strength back in my knee and i definitely see the progress. This is where you want to go for your physical therapy. I can not recommend this location enough. 10 stars.

So far it has been great. I’ve been in therapy for about 3 weeks now and Gorman, the physical therapist, is very thorough in explaining all exercises. All staff is helpful.

To the staff at the District location; Gurmann, Dylan, Mohsin, Abel, Braulio, Jasmine, Rachel and Steven, you guys are absolutely awesome! I can't thank you enough for helping me manage the severe acute pain in my right hip caused by arthritis and bursitis. I no longer walk with a "weeble wobble" in my step! LOL! Pain level went from 10 down to 1. I will do my best to continue the therapy at home. It really works! My quality of life is back. You guys are the best!!

When I took my daughter to her appt, Katie B. didn't say hello, let alone look up, as we walked in to the District location. She only looked up from the paperwork in front of her when I asked if her name was Katie because of a name tag in the glass window when I approached the counter. She claimed the intake papers I sent the day before (in response to both her e-mail and phone call yesterday) were incomplete. I repeatedly affirmed I filled all 12 pages over the online portal. They were implementing a new system as of Monday and I was apparently the first to fill it out online. She then rudely handed me papers to fill out AGAIN and I declined not wanting to do double work. I even showed her my phone that affirmed the intake forms were successfully completed. She ordered me to sit down in front of a lobby area full of onlooking patients, that she'd get an Office Manager. She didn't call or leave to get one. Instead, she checked in the 4 patients after us. After the 1st one, I objected saying it was unfair for us to wait when we checked in promptly for our appointment. Mitch, the physical therapist who claimed to be the Regional Manager in later conversation, happened to be there and took over. He had always been unfriendly, so I was surprised when he smiled. I smiled back. I repeated the situation. He went to check and found the forms I submitted! Not so much as an apology from Katie, to which I told Mitch I was entitled, publicly, to even the plane. He said he would ask her to after laughing out loud. What kind of manager is that? Nothing happened. Mohammed, the physical therapist was exceptional - he was attentive, courteous and gentle with my daughter in addition to setting our appointments (above and beyond), When I decided to walk by the front at the end of the session, I asked Katie whether Mitch was available. She quickly went to fetch him. No apology. I asked Mitch if he had talked to her. He stated yes. He then said I did not give her an opportunity to apologize and that they could not cater to my every little request. I could not believe the unintelligible nonsense that was coming out of his mouth. I told him it was one request (that wasn't even done - I mean, this is basic customer service101) and asked him if he was there to witness our interaction given his claim, knowing fully well he wasn't. I simply said, "we're done here" and left as he thanked me for my business. I reported both of them to HR. Shame on both of them. There are several physical therapy places that value patients and have much better people skills.

Kristin Resari is the best physical therapist. I've been doing physical therapy with her for a long time and she has helped me progress a lot. Her compassion, kindness, and professionalism is the reason why I recommend her to everyone I know who is dealing with an injury. She also communicate very well with my primary doctor through the medical reports. She is a blessing and i cant thank her enough for the care and attention she has given me. Thank you Kristine!

Friendly people indeed! Thank you for the warm and welcome attitude, while I was recovering from lumbar disc surgery.  A special thank you to Erin. After her evaluation of my body, she determined the right exercises to help me strengthen and feel better.

My wife tried to make an appointment to start physical therapy but because of work could make it there at 4:45 pm at the earliest they said they won't take anyone later them 4:30 pm despite closing and pretty much told her she would have to go somewhere else just because the couldn't flex for even 15 min.
