TERRIO Physical Therapy & Fitness

I have been going to this Terrio location for a few years now. The current staff running this place are great. Friendly, helpful and efficient. I had knee surgery recently and even though the excercises were painful I really enjoy going to this establishment. I am doing so much better since surgery. The girls at the front desk, Christina and Mayra are efficient and friendly. It is nice to walk in the door and be greeted by name with a smile. Would recommend this place to any one needing physical therapy.

Last I came here was 2019, the staff back then was phenomenonal and friendly. I was referred here again as of September of 2024 and the new staff are very rude, especially the folk in the front desk. They love to give additude and the one who was working with me kept pushing me to do painful exercises day 1 when I kept telling him I couldn't do them perfectly how he wanted me to due to the intense stiff pain I have. I will not be coming here anymore.

Such a let down,I had been here before and the physical therapy was good but when I came back for new therapy the girl in the front desk was new and rude very snappy with her replies and make me NEVER want to give them my business again! So I went to a new better place that treat their clients with curiosity and respect!

Cool environment for the most part

My husband and I both went here for psysical therapy and have no complaints. Never waited longer than 10 mins to get back. Friendly staff.

Gotta love physical therapy! Closest to my house, small, but it works if you do.
