TERRIO Physical Therapy & Fitness

Jared honestly made me feel really safe and heard, as a woman who sometimes has distrust for men's hands. He's cool!

I am always greeted with a smile from Melissa at the desk. She went above and beyond when she called me to say a morning appointment became available because I was scheduled for an afternoon session. All of the aides/assistants call your name with a smile and upbeat tone of voice. I am always asked by them how I am feeling before my therapy starts. The aides explain each exercise and will repeat the instructions if I need them. I would like to personally acknowledge and thank Monty, Javier and Jansen for all of their help before and after my surgery. Monty has a great sense of humor and makes therapy fun. Javier makes sure to check in with me to see if I understand what I’m supposed to do. Jansen is quick to recognize that music is a plus for the staff and patients while doing therapy. I was assigned with Kole Grozdev as my physical therapist and he’s the clinical manager. He gave me an exercise plan that helped get my leg ready for a full knee replacement surgery. Kole encouraged me to strengthen my leg and increase my range of motion when I would have liked to quit. He was always positive as I pushed and sometimes struggled through the exercises. Kole reminded me how important therapy is after knee replacement surgery. Kole continues to be caring and makes it enjoyable while I’m doing therapy after my knee replacement surgery. He always asks how I am doing during and after each session. Kole encouraged me to move from using a walker to walking with a cane and recently walking unassisted. He has an intuitive sense of knowing when I am ready to increase reps or move on to a new exercise. Kole listens to my history with lupus/RA and makes accommodations with my mobility issues. At the end of every session Kole stretches my knee out while reminding me to relax and when he’s done he offers me an ice pack to use before I leave. I’m not finished with therapy for my knee and I will miss Kole when he moves away. Terrio patients will miss the professional and compassionate care given by Kole but his new patients will be getting therapy from one of the best! I can not thank the entire staff enough for helping me in my recovery! I could go on and on about all the awesome staff and facility. I will highly recommend Terrio and especially the Stockdale/Allen location. P.S. I even saw the cleaning lady a few times and she was friendly too. Pros: Very clean and organized facility No wait times Equipment is up to date Easy parking Extremely caring and knowledgeable staff

I have used Terrio many times with great success. I am currently working with Jared. I rate him 5 stars. He’s very knowledgeable, caring and friendly.

PT Kristine Resari is amazing. She's very professional and has helped me with my recovery after surgery. She listens to my concerns and takes the time to explain everything to me. Thank you Kristine! James and Daniel are awesome as well and very helpful!
