I’ve been working out at Teqneeq for over a year and I can confidently say it’s the best gym membership I’ve ever had. The facility and the equipment are top-of-the-line and in excellent condition. Everything is immaculately clean and well-maintained. It’s clear that the owner takes great pride in keeping everything updated, spotless and in working order. The culture here is friendly and respectful. It’s never crowded, so I don’t have to wait for equipment or feel rushed during my workout. It’s a perfect environment for getting in a solid session without distractions. If you want to take your fitness to the next level, the personal trainers here are all highly professional, knowledgeable, and willing to offer guidance. I’d never used a trainer before, but I’ve been working with Rico for about 9 months, with fabulous results. Highly recommend everything about this gym!

I've never really liked going to gyms. When my husband joined Teqneeq he encouraged me to take a tour. So I did and was pretty impressed and decided to give it a try. The design and layout is very welcoming and open. The level of cleanliness is extraodinary and other members are very friendly, helpful and polite. And they have a huge range of equipment that is all of high quality and consistently cleaned, maintained and updated. I highly recommend to anyone to take a tour.

I was thinking of building out my own home gym, because I don’t want to deal with crowds. Then one day I walked into Teqneeq for the first time, and felt as though it was my own private gym, but this time thousands of square feet instead of the size of a garage! Excellent facility, cleaner than any other gym, never crowded and always available. If you’re looking for a trainer, Rico is top notch.

Excellent facility and top-of-the-line equipment. This place is spotless and has everything you need to accomplish any goal you may have. It is never too busy, which is very beneficial when you need to get in, work out quickly and efficiently. Management has a perfect outlook on how the environment should be. The culture here is definitely all business and no room for people messing around, which is a huge plus. I would recommend this facility to anyone who is serious about fitness and wants access to a facility that promotes success in every aspect.

I’ve been a member here for 5 years now after switching from LA Fitness. Probably the best thing I’ve done for my personal fitness. Teqneeq is clean, always open, and has great equipment. There is no gym bro culture here. I am a busy person and this place has been daily ‘retreat’ where I can focus on me. I love it here. Want to wake up at 4am and hit the gym? You can do that here. Want to hit the up on Christmas morning? Feel free. The beauty of this place is that I t’s open 24/7. You do you. If you are looking for a place to set up a camera and live stream your workouts or doomscroll your socials while sitting on a piece of equipment, this place is not for you. However, if you are looking for a place to get to ‘work’ in an effort improve your functional fitness, then Teqneeq is your place.

I’ve been a member at this gym since it opened many years ago. This facility has the best equipment in San Diego. It is clean/safe and open 24 hours which is extremely convenient for my work schedule. The owner works hard and maintains the facility so it does not get run down which I respect and am grateful to be a member.

Teqneeq is a fantastic gym for working out. The facility has great equipment, with an assortment of free weights, cardio and resistance machines. It is always clean and never very crowded. There is never a wait to get on a cardio or weight machine. I highly recommend Teqneeq to anyone looking for a great gym in the 4S Ranch area.

I have been lifting for 40 years and have had memberships at more gyms than I can count. Teqneeq provides one of the best membership experiences I have had. In an age where local gyms are disappearing and members are being forced into the big-box chains, they set themselves apart. The facility is always immaculate, the equipment is top quality and plentiful, and it is never crowded even during typical rush hours. Lots of dedicated spaces and zones for different types of training, with a very open and easy-flowing layout that facilitates all kids of training methods. Most important, however, is the etiquette that is observed by the members, and this is no accident. The ownership and staff have made significant efforts to ensure that the common grievances associated with most gyms are virtually absent here. Tired of people paying more attention to their phones than their workouts, oblivious to their surroundings, leaving their weights lying around, peacocking, filming themselves in the mirror and posting on Instagram while you wait for equipment, or just generally inconsiderate behavior? Teqneeq is an environment where everyone is just there to work out, and no one is there to judge. Couple all of that with the 24/7/365 access and you have the best workout facility in the county. If you are looking for a comfortable and supportive training environment in a top-notch facility, your search is over.
