I went here for pre-hire health screening and received probably the worst experience in healthcare. My issue lies specifically with the owner, Marshall Smith. You clearly have anger problems so please don't work with people who might have questions about the care y'all provide and how things work. If you can't talk in a calm manner and lack basic communication skills, it's not professional to kick people out of your establishment, and threatening trespassing legalities. If you don't know an answer to a question, have some compassion and help them find out, or provide some guidance where one can be found. After speaking with Lauderdale Co. Health Dept. I found out my answer, which reflected your lack of education and knowledge. Badmouthing me to my employer in a dishonest way due to your frustration reflects the unethical and immoral standards of your practice. As for the other staff members, they were really great people who were patient and understanding. They deserve a better boss.

Had to run in for a drug test staff very friendly, and followed all procedures in the matter of the test.overall great experience. 👍🏻

If I could give negative stars I would. Lack of professionalism and lack of medical integrity.
