Dr. Ritesh has been working with my 80 year old body to increase my strength and balance. My exercises are designed for someone my age and in my condition. Ritesh is an outstanding physical therapist. His kindness and encouragement have helped me heal.

I have chronic disease and need to go slow and steady to strengthen and achieve better balance. Also, my therapist has taught me techniques to relieve pain that has been debilitating. Our goal is to keep me moving! I will be a lifelong patient. I am grateful that I have a therapist with excellent knowledge and compassion to help me maintain the best possible physical condition I can with my chronic disease.

My time at Tenet Therapies was very interesting. Ritesh, the therapist who worked with me, was always cordial,"up", knowledgeable, always reassuring, patient, and encouraging. Now it is up to me to continue using what he taught me, which is steady practice of the gentle exercises in order to maintain & keep my muscles mobile and strong. I am glad I had that time at Tenet. It was very helpful. Sunday Waldon

I saw Retesh after I fell skiing for a knee injury. After assessment, To my surprise, he did not give me exercises for my knee but rather identified that I was not using the appropriate muscles for breathing and as a result compensating. He felt this contributed to my injury and was causing stress on my joints and contributing to my persistent back pain. He was clear in his explanation when I asked him to explain his rationale for his treatment plan and his goals for me. He was always patient and reassuring even though I was not! I continue to apply the practices he taught me during a brief course of therapy and I feel that I have been able to quickly resume my pre-injury level of physical activity as well as participate in activities that may have previously caused me pain or strain. I highly recommend Retesh as a PT as he did not just address my acute injury but focused on the whole picture even though it was initially very confusing. His long term goal was to allow me to remain active without pain/strain or possibility of injury if I pushed myself physically. Thank you for helping me think outside of the box…!

I very much appreciated the attention to detail and going beyond what was initially in the referral. I was very comfortable in this environment. The office staff are kind and supportive, answering all my questions in a friendly and professional manner. I would recommend Tenet Therapies to anyone.

I have a new Primary Care Physician and asked for input regarding increasing neck and shoulder pain. I was specifically referred to Ritesh Tripathi, DPT, of Tenet Therapies. Each interaction with Tenet Therapies from the intake and scheduling process to the meticulous follow up has been impressive. My initial assessment methodically considered contributions from chronic sources of pain as well as new possibilities. Throughout, there were clear descriptions of what was being considered. Two exercises were recommended after my first appointment with a request to report back the next day. I was told there would be a plan for either relief or no relief of pain. I was delighted that I had significant pain relief and much better sleep the first night. If you are looking for a PT, consider the level of training and experience plus compassion and clear follow up that are available at Tenet Therapies.

I’ve been struggling to be able walk normally after a hip fracture with two surgeries. I’d been going to regular Orthopedic PT; but I was not ready to run with the big dogs so to speak. I’m older with multiple physical conditions. Tipesh is patient, explains treatments well and new ways to address exercises. He is very knowledgeable at what he does and is sincerely caring. I’ve made progress I can now ride a modified bike. As well as entering a 5K walk, and was able to be at my Granddaughters wedding 💒 and finally was able to dance a couple of dances. Sure after all I hurt but the pain was worth the joy to be there for them and our family. Thank you Tipesh 😊
