Tender Ones Therapy Services

This place is amazing. My son has been in physical therapy here since he was 3 months old. Laurice, Ansley, and Evelin are all amazing. Front desk staff are always so friendly as well.

My son has gone to Tender Ones Gainesville location for intensive physical therapy twice since the beginning of this year. It is a 6 hours drive for us but it is totally worth it. The therapist we mainly worked with is Ansley, she is gentle, compassionate and determined to help him. She is my son's biggest cheerleader. She would not let his attitude (sometimes he cries when it is hard and it is very hard to work through those times with him) bother her; she is persistent but kind! He makes so much progress every time he goes; he began crawling shortly after his first intensive, and he began pulling up to stand shortly after his second intensive that were six months apart. Sometimes when Ansley is out, we also worked with about 3 other therapists and they are all very good! The whole center works as a team and the therapists are constantly communicating with each other so there is no gap no matter who is working with him. We will be returning to this place year after year. Highly recommend it!

We have had a really wonderful experience at TOTS Dacula with PT Steve. I had to push to get my son referred for physical therapy for delay in walking and was worried we wouldn’t be taken seriously. Steve has listened to and validated all of my concerns and questions with realistic solutions. He has not dismissed anything, even if he has told me it’s not an issue. He has explained things in a way that makes me feel understood. After working for a few months, my son has started walking and Steve is just as excited and proud as we are. I would highly recommend TOTs for physical therapy!

If I could leave zero stars I would. I called to make the appointment and was told I would have someone call me back to make the appointment within the week. Two weeks later I was able to make the appointment for two months out. I had a voicemail the week of to confirm the appointment I called back spoke with the lady to confirm and asked several questions about the upcoming appointment. My son arrives at the appointment to be told it was cancelled due to no confirmation. I speak with a manager that acted like it wasn’t a big deal and they would get him back on the schedule…. Like I haven’t waited forever anyways for the appointment and he missed work and school already. I’m in shock that they didn’t handle this better in all the ways. I will not be going to this facility. The other reviews had me thinking this was a great place. Sounds like children running the phones.

My son has been going to TOTS since 2018 & I highly recommend them to any parent who is looking at therapy for their child. I remember feeling overwhelmed with my son needing Physical, Speech & Occupational therapy. TOTS has always helped with being understanding with the whole transition. Madison, an Occupational therapist, was always great in communicating with me any goals set for my son, and suggestions to reach these goals. We love all of the staff at TOTS & appreciate every milestone they've helped us reach!

We recently switched our therapy provider to TOTS and we love it. Our therapist Ms. Yoli- Our OT always goes far and beyond with my sons care. She is very sweet, patient and always strives on finding many different ways and options for him to work on, and achieve his goals. We coudn't have asked for a better fit for my son. We simply appreciate her so much!

We have been with TOTS for 2 years now and Maddison and my daughter have been making so much progress on school and home! Her behavior is improving and they always have great activities to encourage my daughter’s growth and development! They are amazing working with our schedule and so patient with the current circumstances and our COVID schedule. The facility is amazing and the staff has always been so supportive, friendly and encouraging! We will be moving and I will gladly make the drive or tele-health call so my daughter can stay with TOTS. Thank you all for all that you do!

We brought my son to see Courtney at TOTS for a speech delay. After just a few sessions we noticed significant improvement. Courtney did a wonderful job with my toddler and I could tell she really enjoyed working with him. We definitely recommend Courtney at TOTS for speech therapy.
