Tender Care Pediatric Services & Medical Supply

I've been using Tender Care for my son's medical supplies for about 3 years now. They are the third company I have used. They are by FAR the best for this service. I highly recommend that if you are in need of medical supplies you work with Tender Care vs. any other vendor.

From medical supplies to PDN support, Tender Care has been leaps and bounds better than any other agency we've worked with. They are responsive, professional, personal, easy to reach, brainstorm outside the box ideas, and quick to work with your medical team to get you whatever is needed to succeed. We feel so lucky to have had the tremendous care and support of many at TCPS!

From our Respiratory Therapist, to our medical supply coordinator, to the supply delivery specialist, to the after hours help, Tender Care is an amazing company. Everyone we have ever interacted with has been kind, helpful, and you can tell that they really care about their patients. Really it's like having an extension of our family. We are so blessed to have found them, especially after some less than great interactions with other DME companies. I always tell other parents, that have children with DME needs, to just go straight to Tender Care. Don't look anywhere else!

They've been delivering my son's Pediasure for the last year. Communication and customer service has been amazing. His supply always arrives on time, and they even check with me before delivering to make sure he doesn't want different flavors.

I cant begin to say enough about this company. I recently reloacted from out of state and this company was recommended and I can tell you why ! I was greeted to the company but talking with Tammy G. She is by far the most caring, understanding and thorough person I have ever talked with when dealing with supply companies. ( i have worked with many) She took time and made me feel cared for and almost shall I say loved. When you are a family member caring for a loved one needing so many services the special touch Tammy gives is beyond priceless. She made sure I had everything I needed and made it so easy. The follow up was remarkable because they didn't just get you in and forget you. Tammy made sure my delivery went well and I received everything I needed.... that has never happened before. THe gentleman who delivered the products was also above and beyond kind and thorough. The company story is heart warming. If you have a choice of companies this should be the one.

I switched my son to Tender Care because they offered a product we wanted to try that my current company did not offer. We have been using them a couple months now, and I am impressed with the level of service they offer. Unlike any other medical supply company I’ve used before, they assign you the same representative that contacts you every month for your order and is your main contact for questions etc. That service is so nice compared to one’s where you speak to a different person every month or have to wait on long hold times getting through to a main call center. I am glad I made the switch to them!

We switched to this company a few monthly ago and it has been absolutely amazing! Tender Care has been super easy to work with, our supplies are always on time and if I need to make any adjustments it is never a problem. If I could give this company 10 STARS I would!
