TeleVine Therapy

Tara and Marie are absolutely amazing! My daughter has made so much progress in the two months that we have been coming to TeleVine! So thankful for these ladies and the time they put into helping my daughter!

Edit for my original post because it won’t let me respond to the company. - DO NOT BLAME THIS ON INSURANCE. Take responsibility for your team and your misinformation, if you tell a patient the pay 40% insurance pays 60% that is what it should be! You are telling me to call my insurance before going to a provider whom contacted my insurance to get this information: why would I not trust a medical professional with insurance? Your company did not bill my old insurance in a decent amount of time and we switched MONTHS after treatment. So that is your companies fault. Telling me a bill is due months before receiving invoices, or any notification. That’s your companies fault. Claim to be affordable and that you do it for the patients not the money; stand by your claim and not take 1500 from a working family whom paid their insurance and DEDUCTIBLES. This was your companies fault and just admitting you messed up would go a lot further than blaming others. You got your money. Absolutely the worst experience of my ENTIRE LIFE. I was told at the time of treatment that our insurance covered 60% of treatment. Then I get a bill on 9/12/2020 for 1,200+ dollars stating it was due 6/14/2020, with our NEW insurance on it. They neglected to bill my old insurance in an adequate amount of time. Mind you we didn’t get the new insurance until 8/12/2020. So because we switched insurance policies the old insurance is saying they won’t cover a penny because our “deductible” of 500 wasn’t met. The first initial visit is 275 by the way. Food for thought. I’m stuck with a 1,200+ bill. They claim to do it for the patients and money isn’t important to them. Tell that to a working class family and 185 an hour for treatment. Helping people is your passion, helping them into debt. Also, taking an unauthorized amount of money in my debit card leaving me with nothing until payday. Thanks TeleVine!

I was given the opportunity to shadow at Tele Vine Therapy for two day, and the experience exceeded all my expectations. The staff was extremely welcoming and gracious with there time and expertise. I was able to gain some real insight into what the SLP profession entails. I look forward to going back and learning more soon:))

Televine has a wonderful program. They have a great staff and the set of services they offer is very impressive!

So glad we chose Televine therapy for our speech sessions. A real godsend.
