If you’re serious about getting fit and reaching your goals, Ron Portante, manager at TSP, is your man! Ron has the knowledge and skills to put you through a detailed, safe and effective workout while implementing flexibility, strength and power into each session. He can teach anything from Olympic lifts to Powerlifting to kettlebells to a general exercise program. You can count on Ron to keep you safe, prevent injury and potentially rehab an injury as he did with my tennis elbow. I’ve been training with Ron since August, and he’s always met me with enthusiasm and keeps me motivated throughout the entire workout. Ron puts 100% effort into his craft, and it shows in every session.

I've been going to Teamworks for close to a year now and absolutely love it. The adult group classes are great and no 2 workouts are alike. It's a good mix of turf-work and weights and combines everything from cardio to core to strenth training and more. The instructors are great and you get personal attention since the classes are not too large.

Good luck trying to learn more about the adult fitness program! I emailed the main email twice, emailed 2 trainers, called and left a message AND actually took a trip down there to see if I could speak to someone because clearly I couldn't reach anyone via email or phone. No luck- was told the trainer was busy and was given another email to try and no luck!
