Team Rehabilitation Physical Therapy

I have been to TEAM Rehab several times for different things. They do not live by the motto "no pain, no gain". They believe in feeling a good stretch instead. They are prompt at getting you started when you walk through the door. Everybody has eyes on you, so you won't get hurt. They listen and respond to your needs. The best part is the hands-on massage and stretching you get from your therapist when you have finished your exercises. The icing on the cake is you get to relax with heat or ice therapy and reboot before you continue on with your day. I refuse to go anywhere else.

I am currently a patient of Team Rehab Woodhaven for post knee replacement issues. Mattina has worked out a program for me that has got me on the right track. She is very knowledgeable and professional as well as friendly and listens to you. Bethany makes sure I always have an exercise to do and watches that I do it correctly. The entire team there are top notch. Highly recommend going there.

Cannot say enough good things about Nick and Team rehab… Nick knew exactly how to help with my pain… Get me to where I needed to be to be rehabilitated… He knows the proper way to help you to get back to where you were before you got hurt… Love the people here and recommend them 1000%

I have been to Team Rehab twice now for different spinal challenges I have experienced. I worked mainly with Nick and Becca, but also with Tracy if they were not in and I never had a bad experience. It felt they were all very invested in my recovery, and interested in honest feedback so we could change the program as we progressed. There were time where we had to petition my insurance for more sessions and they took care of all of that and when it was time for me to be discharged they sent me home with a list of exercises and even some bands to use at home. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.
