I can't express enough gratitude for the incredible team at Team Rehab. Their professionalism, care, and positive energy were instrumental in my recovery from a torn meniscus and sprained MCL. From the moment I stepped in, I felt welcomed and understood. The therapists, especially Sara, were incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. They tailored a personalized treatment plan that addressed all aspects of my injury, from reducing pain and swelling to strengthening weakened muscles. Sara's guidance and expertise were invaluable, as she continually adjusted my care to target specific muscle groups, from hip to toe. Thanks to their expertise and support, I've not only regained my mobility but even to my surprise I ran the other day! I highly recommend Team Rehab to anyone in need of physical therapy. They truly are a lifesaver!
