Team Rehabilitation Physical Therapy

I was referred to Team Rehabilitation by a neurologist to address dizziness. Never having been to any type of physical therapy, I had no idea what to expect. The lady at the front desk greeted me so kindly and Nicky, my PT, was just as kind. She carefully asked me, step by step, to tell her what had happened, asked me pertinent questions. She was convinced that I had vertigo (for over 3 months) and concussive symptoms (even though the ER and multiple doctors had never diagnosed a concussion). She performed the Epely maneuver three times. One the third, I had zero dizziness. I am tickled pink that I haven't had any dizziness since. I go for another appointment this week and I am so hopeful that she had cures for the rest of my symptoms (memory issues, mood swings, irrational irritability, sensitivity to noisy environments, attention issues, etc). For the first time in months and months...I have some hope. Nicky is AMAZING and I am so thankful to be working with her.

This is downstairs behind the orthopedic doctors office. The staff is encouraging, effective and motivating… a professional establishment. Rose is the best. As a therapist we appreciate her knowledge, experience, and skill … the overall vibe is caring, concerned and comfortable. Well organized, clean and prompt. The one drawback, the parking entrance is easy to miss, so keep a sharp eye on the signage 😆

Rob and Sophia were amazing. I can not recommend them enough. I have learned that physical therapy is far more than what I previously thought. Thank you so much for getting my arm back to pre surgery function.

01/01/2024 My experience at the Team Rehabilitation Center in Snellville helped me on the road to recovery after fracturing my heel in two places. I'm from out of state, so my short visit turned into a five month regiment of seeing an orthopedic surgeon, several casts, a boot and finally physical therapy. Sofia was creative each step of the way to get me to the next level towards my healing process. She is professional, kind and a joy to work with; that made me want to try harder to achieve my goals. I'm still working on my exercises to date! Austin is always willing to help me when Sofia is assisting another patient. He is professional, a gentleman and kind. They both work well together and keep the facility clean. I'm always quietly observing the consistency of how things are run and I give the facility the highest rating available. Following up with a rehab facility that meet their standards, now that I'm back home, will be a challenge, but hopefully doable. 👍😊

Team Rehabilitation is AWESOME! The very first day I called and scheduled an appointment, the person I spoken with has superior customer service, very professional. Each time I went in for my appointment, the receptionist is friendly and helpful. Each team member greets you with a smile and with excitement, glad you are there and acknowledge you. Dr. Rob is AMAZING. Rehabilitation is truly his expertise. He has healing hands. Words cannot express how AMAZING Dr. Rob is. I recommend anyone from the North, south, east and west of the world that needs rehabilitation on any of your limbs or body before surgery, after surgery or just rehabilitation , I highly recommend Team Rehabilitation of Snellville Georgia. Definitely 5/5!!!!

Highly recommend Team Rehab's Snellville location! Sofia is an absolutely amazing therapist who is truly invested in helping her patients achieve the best outcome possible. I will always appreciate how she went the extra mile for me during my almost eleven month course of treatment. Every single staff member at is friendly and helpful and truly make you feel at home. It doesn't get better than this excellent facility with top-notch providers!

I highly recommend the Team Rehabilitation Physical Therapy facility on Main St in Snellville and especially Sofia Ferrari. At every appointment, I was greeted by name and with a smile. It’s easy to tell that every employee in the facility cares for their patients and enjoys their work. Sofia answered all of my questions readily and in detail. She was as gentle with me or pushed me as much as I needed to recover from my surgery. Sure, a therapist may work with more than one person at a time, but I never felt forgotten or ignored as there was constant interaction from either Sofia or Austin (her Tech). Of course physical therapy can be difficult and unpleasant but using a facility with employees that sincerely care about your recovery makes all the difference.

Thanks for the service of everything you did to get my right knee back working. I really appreciate you help in getting the my leg back in condition where I can walk without pain. Thanks for your time working with me.
