Team Rehab is the best by far. Everyone is so personable and friendly from the moment you walk in the door. The therapists are friendly and fun to interact with, they have a great sense of humor and make your recovery enjoyable Very explanatory and helpful with “homework to make recovery a breeze. Twice a week for 4 months was my time with them.

Love the entire team at Team Rehab! Great people that really care about your recovery. I almost didn't want to recover because I am going to miss them all. Going to send the whole LesserEvil team over then when they need help!

Was going here to rehab foot after surgery and the theraptist was so rough on calf that there were bruises the next day. Got real mad and phoned in the office and cancelled all future ops. Never going back there!!!

I am 77 yrs old and have seen my share of many aspects of medicine. I consider TEAM REHAB a gemstone right in my own back yard. Doctor Randy Trowbridge MD and every person that he has on his staff has your best interests in their hearts and minds.

I highly recommend Team Rehab. Everyone from the front desk, to the aids are personable, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Having Nicholas Bonoff as my Physical Therapist at Team Rehab has been a great experience. Nicholas went above and beyond to provide the best therapy to help me heal. His individual attention, time, exercises, caring has made all the difference. He designed grate exercises for me and I’ve regained a comfort and freedom of movement that I only dreamed of before therapy. Nicholas, Thank You!

So to start off, Dr. Trowbridge is amazing and so was my therapist. What ruined it for me and made me stop going was the front desk staff. They are consistantly rude, condecending, and far from friendly. I kept going for a while because the treatments were helping but my check in and out experience was always unsettling. The last straw was when I called to cancel an appointment because my sons school had an emergency early dismissal and she said I would be charged a late cancellation fee. Zero people skills and customer service. Such a shame.
