Team Physical Therapy is a very well-organized facility. Very well kept up and each person I have come in contact with is respectful. Each staff person met me where I was physically. I love it when I am treated as an individual, not a case number. I am welcomed with a smile. Begging of the day and at the end of the day. My P. T. The team is very supportive of each challenge I present on each visit. It am truly appreciate the time spent in providing the care I need at each time of my visit. Thank you, Michelle, Christine, and Jacob for the time spent helping to to regain mobility in my upper and lower body. Those who are at the front deactivate very welcoming as well. I am always treated with a smile. This is a good sign of leadership throughout the facility. Respect is noted in each area of the Team P.T. Staff. That is a 10 in my book in today's world.🙏🏾

I’ve been going here on an off for the last 23 years. I won’t go anywhere else. If you want to get back to as normal as possible then Jeff is the one to see! All of his team from the front desk to the back are awesome too!

I have been coming to Team Physical Therapy for a few years now for different injuries. Everyone there has been friendly and helpful. Natalie was my therapist for a while, and I found her to be both knowledgeable and personable. She's a great therapist whose goal was to get me well. I recently returned back to TPT. Ben is currently my physical therapist, and like Natalie, his goal is exactly the same. After my workouts, he stretches me out and massages out any knots in my legs. I always leave feeling accomplished and with a smile on my face. I look forward to going each time so that I can get stronger and of course for the massages. I highly recommend giving TPT a try. It's a great place for recovery.

My daughter injured her knee during XC season. She is a competitive athlete playing soccer and running XC. She has been working with Parker and JJ and they have been so awesome getting her back to game ready. Helping her heal and strengthen the muscles supporting the knee. We are so thankful for them and are happy to see her back on the field playing the game she loves.

Received physical therapy for recovery following chest surgery. Worked with Justin and Chris who are both very professional, knowledgeable, and all around excellent. Justin took the time to understand my functional goals and tailored plans to meet them. I was surprised by how progress I was making each visit. Staff are attentive. Facilities are clean. Would recommend this location to friends and family

I had the best physical therapists and trainers there. They go above and beyond what you need. The staff is extremely friendly and always greet you as soon as you walk in. I hate being ignored. I never had that experience with them. My day is already stressful and at times painful. I look forward to my sessions each time. Now I need to go again, and I have requested to go back to them. Don’t live in the area anymore, but I am willing to travel because I know what I will be getting.

Amazing service from the therapy staff, no doubt. But I keep getting billed incorrectly and no response from them whatsoever. Very shady billing practices, they billed me once for unpaid co-pays, after I provided receipts, they billed the same amount as unpaid deductible! The thing is though, physical therapy isn't subject to a deductible per my insurance. Getting very frustrating!

I don't even know how to express how wonderful the staff is at Team PT. My teenage daughter came to them broken and weak after being immobilized for an injury then ending up with surgery. She couldn't even lift her leg into the car or push a pedal on a bike. Natalie, Jeff and the ENTIRE team at TEAM became her second family and got her strong and back on the court. They not only treated her injury but they got to know HER. They "get it" and they "get" the mind, emotion and drive of a teenage athlete! They knew when to push and when to cheer and when to console. A year later, we are back for a related but different injury and it was as if she was never gone. She was welcomed back with hugs and high fives like a member of the family. They truly are the best, most amazing place!
