T.E.A.M. 4 Kids Pediatric Therapy Surprise

I loved speaking with Andrea to get my son’s speech services started. She was so kind, extremely helpful & answered all my questions & concerns. It’s so hard getting good experienced staff anymore when calling into businesses and Andrea exceeded 5 star customer service. Thank you for making the making the process simple and easy to understand.

TEAM 4 Kids has been an absolute delight across the board. We use all their services and across multiple different age groups. We have a 1 year old, 3 year old and 6 year old who use them. With so many kids and so many different needs, you'd think it would be difficult to schedule or draining but they make it so seamless! You tell them your needs, preferences and limits and they make it work. They coordinate and constantly stay working on it in the background to give you the easiest transitions and assistance. I could not have chosen a better place for my little ones. I cannot recommend them enough.

Can’t say enough good things about this entire facility. Everybody is so kind and friendly, my autistic son has been in OT/ST for months and it brings me to tears when I get to hear his little voice and see his personality come out. Every week his confidence grows a little more and I am so thankful for Taylor his speech therapist along with Makayla his occupational therapist. The ladies up front are also so friendly and kind to my other son who doesn’t attend therapy but he looks forward to going and chatting with them every week! Thank you to everyone <3

10/10 at the Suprise location. Our first visit and my son was already throwing a fit in the car not wanting to go inside. We finally get him to the doors and Christina the receptionist was an angel😇 and so helpful convincing my 9 yr old son, she had never met before to come in and give it his best. To my amazment he listened to every word she had to say.No one will ever understand the struggles We parents go through to get our kids through that door to receive help, these children don't even understand why they are there. It is so rare that you find a program or facility that treats Your child with such kindness, They are able to overcome fears.The waiting room was packed with families and she did not hesitate to take a moment to help me.No matter what your scheduling experience is like please remember to treat staff with kindness. We are all In this together ❤️ and so far the evaluation was better than anywhere we have taken him. (School district and ddd)The wait in-between therapy sessions is not staffs fault and just proves that the therapist are so good no one wants to leave! 🤣

We just had our first visit here for a food therapy consultation and it was a wonderful experience. Everyone was so kind and helpful. My son did the consultation with Kandyse and he warmed up to her right away. She had him giggling and trying new things. Melanie helped us out at the front desk and got us set up with our next appointment so quick and efficiently. It’s such a welcoming environment. Looking forward to all our future visits

My son started physical therapy there after he was 3 months old. We were lucky enough to have Sarah P as our physical therapist and she was wonderful with my son and getting him on track for all his milestones! We’re very pleased with our experience and would recommend the facility in Peoria, as well as Sarah P!

My son has the best Therapy team here at TEAM 4 Kids! When they have extra openings sessions Melanie at the front desk always shoots me with a text. I’m beyond grateful that my son comes here.

I highly recommend this place! Our favorite person from Team For Kids is Stephanie! My daughter has been going there for 3 months and is about to graduate from having torticollis. Stephanie is our favorite because she always makes sure the my baby is happy, she’s not mean when doing the PT, and is very professional. We are gonna miss Stephanie so much! And today for our last day there, Stephanie made these cards for me to go home and put on my fridge of how much my beautiful daughter is Achieving everything
