Hannah is amazing! She is so patient, very caring, and extremely HELPFUL with all the information I needed for my son’s speech therapy. She has been the only person through this new journey of speech therapy to take the time to listen and communicate clearly in the direction we need to go. Hannah is very kind and is a blessing. We moved away and moved back and needed to get our child back into therapy at Team4Kids. They did another evaluation for him but had no ongoing appointments to offer. I was told I would receive a call 2 weeks after the evaluation after they processed everything through insurance (never received that call). I had to follow up and then was told I would receive emails/texts when there were openings (haven't received a single email or text with potential openings) since there were still no ongoing appointments available. Then on another follow up call I made, I was also told I would be put on a list to receive last minute openings (never received any calls for last minute openings). Now, it has been nearly 5 months without a therapy appointment. I just talked to them again today and I was told that a new evaluation would need to be done in order to try to get our child who has been waiting since July into therapy. Make it make sense… if you don’t have openings for new patients for therapy, don’t do the evaluation. Instead of doing evaluations, charging insurance then never being able to render the services needed and then saying another evaluation needs to be done before waiting again to maybe get an appointment (but probably not)… while charging insurance for another evaluation. Additionally, the evaluation they conducted was useless when provided to the school because they didn’t actually score anything and it wasn’t up to industry standards. Save your time and money and go to a therapy center that will 1. Actually give a thorough evaluation that is up to industry standards and will help when trying to get your child support at school 2. Will actually be able to support your child and render the services needed by having available appointments 3. Will actually do what they say they will do and follow up/follow through So disappointed in Team4Kids now.

I received a follow up call from Team 4 Kids Pediatric Therapy for a referral for my son, and it was from none other than the sweetest woman— Hannah. She was very helpful and addressed all of my concerns, and made sure all of my sons needs were covered. she explained each therapy to me in great detail, she was a huge help! After speaking with her, I’m definitely glad we were referred to this practice.

My kids have been going to therapy for a bit over a year now and they have made so much progress. The environment is very welcoming. Starting with the receptionists Mia and Marixa who always greet you with a smile and are willing to answer any questions. The therapists are wonderful and love what they do. My kids see Ms. Justine, Ms. Victoria, and Ms. Kaili S., and they’re amazing with them!

All the staff is great. As soon as you enter the clinic you get greeted with a big smile and a how's your day going. I love to see how my son interacts with the front desk ladies which we love then so much Ms.Mia,Ms.Marixa and Ms.Crystal they are amazing humans. I can't thank enough Ms.kailey and Ms.Tayler my son OT. Thank you so much for all that you do.

I have two kids that I have been looking to get them OT therapy for years now. I met Ms. Taylor Stringer at the gym. She told me that she was an OT therapist and I told her that I was interested and the following day I received a phone call from one of the manager at Team 4 kids. Team 4 kids (CLSD) were very helpful, they went through the details with me and sent me all the information that needed to be completed online and as soon as I completed the forms online Ms Taylor called to schedule an evaluation. During the evaluation Ms. Stringer was very patient with my kids. I’m really thankful to have found Team 4 for kids and I can’t wait to start the process. Thank you.

Jaqualine was super sweet and helpful setting up my son with his initial appointment. After hearing my concern that our insurance won’t cover Speech Therapy, she recommended we do a complimentary 15 minute Discovery Session with one of the providers! I didn’t know this was available, so I’m super grateful for her help getting set up with that option.
