TCS: Therapy and Counseling Services

After having a pretty rough experience with CAIU, I was hesitant to bring my son anywhere. I can now say that I don’t regret my decision at all to bring him to TCS! His speech has drastically improved and he has gained so much confidence because of it. Emily connected so well with him and goes at his pace which he responds very well to. I would recommend their services to anyone seeking speech therapy for their little one!

My son has been coming here for a year, I’ve seen a huge improvement in him (with his speech) while he’s been working with miss Emily. He’s confident, happy and engages more in school now that he can communicate properly. This place has worked with my crazy schedule and has given me the opportunity to make his life a lot easier.

I’m not one to leave reviews but this place was so frustrating it calls for one. I was going to TCS for PT services for my infant. We had moved and needed a new therapist. Things were going okay, it wasn’t the best physical therapy service. We were going twice a week for PT but the therapist who we saw here I believe her case was to large and we could barley be seen one time a week. We had weekly appointments and three appointments were canceled in a row by our therapist. So my infant went 3 weeks without therapy. The one appointment was not canceled until I arrived. I have a 35 minute drive and showed up and was told we needed to reschedule but the rescheduled never ended up happening. I started taking my infant somewhere else for PT. Very unprofessional service..

The facility itself is very clean and accessible. They also take MA so you don't have to pay out of pocket until you get reimbursed by your insurance. My son's therapist is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to problem solve and come up with helpful strategies. I can see him making progress each week and he enjoys going. I'd highly recommend this facility for OT.

My son has been going here over a year and the place is great! We get speech and OT through them and I can not recommend them enough. The neuroaffirming environment has really helped my lid thrive ❤️

TCS has been a life saver for our family!!! I dont know what we would have done had I not just taken the lead and just reached out to everyplace in PA to get help. We needed help and happened to need it at the beginning of an international pandemic. Andrea has been such a (virtual) asset to us. Not only with therapy but with advice and recommendations and a constant open line of communication to help us navigate these new challenges and opportunities that our son has opened to us. We live too far to actually go in person and initially thought this would be a stop gap. To be honest, I cant see us leaving. She has built such a relationship with our son over ipad I cant imagine losing that. Side note, the office systems that allow you to book, pay and view info online is so easy to use and navigate and while it's such a small piece of the pie, it makes my life that much easier and I can any piece if easy I can get at this point.

The minute I needed help with my 2 year old TCS was there to help. My daughter loved the therapist and so did we. She got our daughter right where she needed to be and gave us really good advice. I would recommend them to anyone.

A great clinic with a wide range of services specifically for children. My granddaughter loves the variety of equipment in the gym. I would recommend TCS to anyone with a child who can benefit from their services.
