TCO Waconia Therapy & Sports Performance

After going to another therapy place for my knee replacement recovery that didn't do a good job my Dr transferred me to TCO in Waconia. The care I received from my therapist was above and beyond! She pushed me to get to where I needed to be, listened to me when I was experiencing a lot of pain and was just amazing. The whole staff there is amazing, you can tell they all really care about you! I can't recommend TCO more. They are the best around! Including my Dr - Dr Mair! Highly recommend going to Dr Mair and TCO therapy in Waconia.

After receiving subpar care at a different physical therapy facility, I am thrilled with the care that I have received at TCO. My physical therapist listens to my concerns, and tailors my exercises and tissue work based on how my body is feeling and moving. In just a few visits my therapist was able to significantly reduce my pain and increase my range of motion. The facility is clean, the building and equipment are new, the staff is friendly, and well trained. I wish I had gone straight to TCO after surgery, I believe my recovery would have been much easier.

Kyle Nyquist and Jeff Kalow are the best there is. From day one they were amazing. Both very knowledgeable in what they do and got me back to good after shoulder surgery. Everyone is very friendly and the facility is great. Nothing but high praise for Kyle and Jeff!!

Great facility, great therapists. Dry needling has been a game changer. Scheduling can be a bit difficult (my PT's schedule is booked), so I have to book multiple appointments weeks in advance, but I'll chalk that up to what a popular place this is.

I had a specific back pain that felt like a live wire that I had to avoid for over a year. I went to a different PT and didn’t feel a change. One dry needling session and that pain was completely gone! It was miraculous! I still have some back issues, but we’re working on those now. I kind of don’t want anyone to go here so it’s easier to get an appointment, but this kind of magic is worth sharing!

All the PT’s are very friendly and helpful. After an ankle surgery I went to TCO to strengthen and recover and had a great outcome. Dr.Kyle helped my speedy recovery and made the work more enjoyable!

Dr spent 5 minutes with me in a consult ordered a CT. I had to call about CT results Dr didnt call me back until over a week later. Needed surgery saw her 5 min before surgery still not understanding the surgery. Never saw her after surgery. Still in pain call and she doesnt do escripts they asked if someone could pick up script for pain i live an hour away her cordinator said she would have a PA call it in. Its been 2 days still in pain no script. Call back took a day. No concern for pstients!
