Very disappointed, after seeing Randy miles for a few sessions, I did not see him for six weeks. When I came in he refused to provide me a letter needed concerning my treatment, and when I began to discuss my issues he completely forgot anything we had previously talked about and didn’t seem to want to talk about my issues. He was rude. I was totally surprised by this because I thought we got started off well in our earlier sessions. maybe at 76 years old he is starting to have trouble remembering and should consider retiring

Long overdue positive review. Therapist- Randy, treated me years back and helped me tremendously. He played a huge role in the restoration of my mental health .I cannot thank him enough. An asset to his profession and worth every penny .
I am puzzled why on earth people would go in to this to sabotage the place. Though I only have gone once, they were very professional, timely, and went out of their way to help me with my issues. By mistake I hit a thumb on one of these trying to see if there were pictures of it since it said it had two. I did not WANT to give a thumbs up! I will post if I can when my therapy is complete! So far, great! I have had PT in three other places. Joan was super here!
Don't judge this place by the outside. Sure the sign could use replacing and the building itself wouldn't hurt having a "facelift", but the inside is kept clean and in good repair. Also, Sue great!! The rest of the staff is very friendly as well.
I've been managing injuries through PT at Taylor therapy for over 10 + years. Everyone helps each other like a family to meet and exceed the needs of us patients. I've been to many other PTs and Taylor therapy ranks at the top! Don't judge the outdie of the building these staff members know exactly what they are doing to help their patients.
Sadly the outside IS a depiction of what the inside holds. I had a bad experience here, receptionist and therapist randy were very rude. Randy honestly said things that lead me to believe he’s incapable of being a therapist.
They are the best. Knowledgeable, thorough, and tell you things in terms you can understand and make it commonsense
Amy did a fantastic job with my massage. It was amazing and relaxing.
