Nurses and doc were great during my visit, no complaints. 1 star because after my visit I talked to the clinic (several times) and asked them to cancel a test that I'd discussed with the doctor during my visit. Apparently despite confirming to me that they would not run the test, they did it anyways and now the clinic is coming after me for the money. Their rationale is that 'I knew about the test' and so even though they told me they weren't going to run it, I have to pay for it. Complete bs.

Worst care ever! Wish I got injured in the third world instead of here. Was told by the first doc that if my injured right arm didn't get better in two weeks, I could get an MRI, which is the ONLY way to diagnose a muscle, tendon, or ligament injury!!! Two weeks later, not better, saw a different doctor (Mindy "Disgraceful" Treybal) who spent 48 seconds looking at my arm and then five minutes telling me how worker's compensation won't pay for an MRI but I could purchase one for $5000. I love it when healthcare and insurance companies are banging each other. Now been 44 days and still in pain; still can't use my arm. DISGRACEFUL! Time to lawyer up!

As a patient for over forty years, I’m done with TVC. My doctor quit and went somewhere else and they won’t provide me with another P.A. or Doctor in a timely manner and won’t temporarily refill my prescriptions.

I recently went in to get a referral for a mammogram. The midwife ordered mammogram, some blood tests and an ultrasound of thyroid as she felt it was enlarged. She listened to my heart and lungs and sent me on my way. My doctor visit was a month ago and I had blood tests later that week and mammogram 2 weeks ago. I’ve never heard a word back from anyone about my blood test or ultrasound, mammography sent me an all clear letter 3 days after visit. And then I received my bill 899.00 for 20 min service because me saying no to colonoscopy I’ve tried to dispute the bill with billing department and they said it was what it was and “what’s the problem,you have insurance and you only owe 90?” I will never return to this clinic again and will share my experience with all

Shady billling practices. Log in to pay. There are no statements, but you keep getting bills and are expected to pay by just entering what you owe without being able to see the statement. Some bills are in the online account.some aren't. Try to call? Sorry. Busy. Only available during work hours. Try to email? Sorry. You have to call. Oh. Patient portal you've had for 7years? That doesn't exist, we have no record of your email or account. It's a mess. They charge way more than anyone else in town. I liked my provider but this system is so bad and I can't spend any more time trying to get them to fix their system so I can see my records and pay my bills. Every other tiny office seems to have straightforward functioning systems but this massive complex can't? Get it together.

It's 5:20 pm TVC is closed. The front desk says the doctors are behind on appointments. Then she goes home , theres nobody here , I'm inside a locked door trying to find my friend or patient she is here . Been lied to over and over

Everything was good I just had a problem with the lady ( NATASHA ) the lady that gave out the vaccine she needs to be more aware of what she does she left the needle cap on the bed and was walking around in the room with out it after putting the vaccine on my daughter & she doesn’t pay attention to what she Doing another example on what lady did was she mess up my daughter record and her excuse was oh I’m in a hurry . She said the letters don’t fit in the box so I had to put it somewhere else like come on you just did it on the one above it . Not only did you stamp on the wrong one but you also over stamp my daughter last pediatrics stamp . Then she has the nerve to ask me do you want me to write it LIKE NO LADY YOU DONE ENOUGH . If you can just go somewhere else it not worth all this trouble !!! She could of easily trip over something and something could have happend to her or us in the room she was very careless with the needles my daughter is 1 so thank god she was on my lap and no walking around the room .

I received 2 texts and 2 emails pestering me to show up and check in EARLY for appt with Dr. Mangum. One said to arrive 20 minutes early, 3 said 15 minutes early. So I arrived at 7:25am for my 7:45 appt. No one was at the window, I could not check in. A receptionist finally showed up at 7:40. That is poor clinic management. I may be old, but I have a life. And my time is valuable too!
