Tailor-Made Physical Therapy

The unique name says a lot about this place. The staff provides each client with top-notch and very personalized service. Their goal is to get you better and will do everything they can to make sure you succeed in achieving that goal. Of course, you do have to do your part in doing your at home exercises they will provide to you in an easy to follow app. Every staff member provides exceptional customer service and care. You will feel like a part of their family from the moment you enter this facility. I received treatment there for about four months recovering from hip repair surgery on a broken femur. I received exceptional treatment and care at every visit. I highly recommend this place to anyone needing physical therapy to get back to a quality life.

Matt and Dylan helped me with my foot issue and got me feeling much better. The at home app to do your exercises is very helpful. The whole office staff are very friendly and make you feel very comfortable.

This place is phenomenal! I was seeking help with my pelvic floor issues and Allison has helped me close the top and bottom of my DR in about five weeks! The main clinic therapists are also so fun to be around. I am excited to continue to see progress.

I'll admit I was not looking forward to going there in the first place, but during my first visit I was put at ease. Matt took me under his wing and explained things and really helped me get over my fear of doing therapy. I saw Maddy a couple of times, Matt a few more times, but most of the time I was assigned to Dylan. I was impressed with his friendly nature and his knowledge of physical therapy. He would give me that extra push to get me thru my session without hurting me. He could talk Cardinal baseball with the best of us and it helped the time go by faster during my session. Not once did I ever feel like I was being judged for being a 68 year old fat guy who needed a little TLC. If I ever need to go back for more therapy, I know Tailor-Made will be my 1st choice. You are all awesome and I can't thank you enough. From all my therapists there, to Rachael the receptionist, who is a pretty cool person as well. Thanks to all of you!

I limped into my first visit with a cane and wearing braces on both knees. My doctor sent me to therapy to help me strengthen my knees in preparation for knee replacement. Everyone was friendly and welcoming which made me feel comfortable as I started this journey. I worked with Rachel and Dylan. They pushed me to reach my goals and would answer any questions I had. I left yesterday after my last appointment without a cane or braces and feeling confident that my knee replacement will be very successful because of the wonderful experience I had at Tailor-Made.

The therapists did a great job keeping me work toward progress & altering any exercises so that I received the maximum benefit. They were great about scheduling when needed & never kept me waiting. Loved that they had an app for me to have access to the therapy exercises they had prescribed.

I have done my therapy with three of the therapists at Taylor Made Physical Therapy and all are excellent!!!They listen to me, take notes on Dr. visits and design a program to help! I highly recommend them!
