I brought my husband in for an appointment after an injury and the ladies at the front desk were terribly rude and I just thought it was weird they were rude and slamming clipboards around when we were in there but as soon as two men walk in speaking Spanish they were extremely nice to them and no slamming of the clip boards. I felt like it was grossly inappropriate. The front desk ladies definitely don’t like their job and should have better bed side manners considering they work in a medical care facility.

1 month to get referral in for Occ therapy due to poor communication from front desk staff. Now, documented phone calls made from claims adjuster, received by front desk- were not passed along to doctor, resulting in denied procedure claims and further delaying diagnosis and treatment. Looking at other reviews for this clinic, this unfortunately seems to be the norm. If I had the option of going elsewhere for treatment, I would!

I normally don't write reviews but had to be a Karen and do it based on my experience this morning. My son had a follow up appointment at 10AM (the sheet that WoRx gave him said 10AM). We showed up a little before 10AM. When we showed up, the lady at the desk started lecturing us about being late in front of the rest of the waiting room. She told us we have to arrive 15 minutes early to check in. Mind you, recently I have shown up 15 minutes early to each appointment I have had with TFHD and each time had to wait at least a half hour to 45 minutes until I was seen by the Dr. Did I make a big scene in the waiting room because they made me wait an hour? Nope! I feel like, I don't deserve to be lectured because every time I do show up early to an appointment, I end up waiting forever to get in. Doesn't make much sense to me and I think you need to have a conversation with your staff about making a big scene in front of others in waiting room and lecturing patients who show up on time to their appointments. It has to go both ways.

The staff is horribly inadequate. And unprofessional. Johny Lopez, a technician there, treats the place like his own adolescent living room. I highly recommend using lab facilities for your business elsewhere

Tahoe worx never answers their office phone. In two different occasions I have called them 4 days in a row leaving voicemails. Each time I never received a response. Over a period of 1 month going by and they never called me back once! I was trying to call for my x ray results that I needed to make sure I could perform at work. Truly disappointing with the lack if care. Just sad 😔

Hours are b.s. Employees leave early They can't answer a phone This office is a $$$ hustle Avoid this spot at all costs, even if you're employer sends you as they are the ones truly losing here. Horrible business to have in the small town of Truckee. They are running some city scam not caring for the locals.

Did you ever think you'd look forward to getting a pap smear? Me neither. But this place is awesome. Every practitioner I've seen is respectful, friendly and knowledgeable.
