The office and doctor let me down so many times. Kept giving them chances but finally left. Advising my family and friends not to go here. The thought of getting a surgery with them makes me nervous. They are not proficient at navigating insurance and would send me the full medical bill. My insurance said they never got a payment request from this office. I make the drive to the ROC in Reno and have been happy.

Dr didn't even look to see if my mri was in the system before I came in. Why even come?

Surgery was a failure, follow through is atrocious you are not a patient through this facility you are a number and expect to be treated like that. I wish I had not had my surgery here I am in more pain than I ever was before.

Dr. Kyle Swanson and staff are excellent. Really helped me. Highly recommended.
