I am skeptical of the value of PT - but Brooke Barrett at this Tahoe City location changed my mind. Brooke was so attentive and knowledgeable ! She gave me great information about my (aging ) knees and how to best use exercises to strengthen them. The app that is sent to follow your progress is amazing. The exact routines that Brooke showed me are on the app and it is able to follow your progress. Brooke is very professional and helpful.
