Absolutely wonderful staff, always very helpful and in a good mood. Three surgeries with Dr Dodd the outcomes of which have all been great. He definitely inspires confidence in his patience. I would also like to give a special shout out to Kathy Avis the care coordinator, she makes you feel like you're the only patient that she has to care for. Thanks so much Kathy! And thanks to the whole crew at Tahoe Forest orthopedics!!

Tahoe Forest Orthopedic has been awesome. The care, professionalism and empathy I have received from Dr Dodd and his staff have been a great bright spot for me. Chris is an awesome nurse and a wonderful asset to Tahoe Forest Orthopedics. Her willingness to talk and listen is greatly appreciated. I have come to view all of them as family. I have highly recommended Tahoe Forest to family and friends and will no doubt continue to do so in the future. They are all greatly appreciated.

Dr Foley was extremely informative providing detailed information with specifics with a injury to my shoulder due to Mountain Bike fall. He really took a lot of time to discuss options with me. Not rushed, very sincere and more than willing to listen to all my questions. Great/impressive medical background and overall really glad I ended up under his care!

I highly recommend Dr. Dodd and his staff for good care and efficiency. You will not find better personal kind and caring providers. Together the team delivers individual care within a practice designed to deliver it every single time to each individual through its people and the thoughtful consistent business systems. Its one thing to care but its more to build a system that ensures great care every time.

I had a shoulder injury four months ago and thought it might heal on its own, but it didn’t. P.A. Cynthia Wilson did the initial testing/evaluation and ordered an MRI; she was kind and thorough, and I really liked her. My follow-up appointment was with Dr. Ringnes. He was amazing at explaining the confusing details of the MRI results, answering all my questions, and coming up with options and a plan to get me on the road to recovery. And one other thing: The front office staff at the clinic has been amazing and friendly every time I’ve been there over the years. They greet patients immediately and are really efficient at helping, which stands out against many other medical facilities where patients are treated as an inconvenience. Thank you, TF Orthopedics!

Very friendly care and attentive doctors. Dr. Foley took the time to explain everything to me in great detail - I did not feel rushed out after my diagnosis as I typically do in city medical centers. Also, Bob (the brace guy) was very helpful as well as the nurses and reception staff. Great experience!

***Updated Review *** Due to an icy work parking lot I fell and injured my right knee. I called up to Tahoe Forest and was able to get into Dr. Ringnes the same day. Unfortunately, this knee required surgery as well. Dr. Ringnes is simply amazing. The entire staff in the office from the moment you walk in is friendly and kind. Some even remembered me from 3 years ago. The nurses and MA are top notch. They are kind and caring. Answer your questions without making you feel stupid! Karin got me scheduled for surgery and is helping with my FMLA paperwork and all that good stuff. And is so incredibly kind and helpful. The entire staff exudes professionalism, kindness, and truly cares for their patients. Thank you Dr. Ringnes and the entire Tahoe Forest team for everything!!! Dr. Ringnes and his staff are absolutely the best. They truly care about their patients. I had surgery on 12/17 and had a couple fo set backs due to my own doing and everyone has been so amazing during the whole process.
