On my 3rd set of orthotics from here. First 2 lasted 1 years each. Scheduling, casting, pick up and fit were great first 2 time-no complaints. 3rd time not so great. The tech incorrectly sized the new orthotic gold pair by leaving too much material on. I should have noticed this before I left but she put my old garrison black pair in my PT shoes to test the fit so I didn't notice the new incorrectly sized gold pair in my take home bag. Shouldn't have been a big deal but when I noticed it at home and tried to trim the excess I trimmed too much and ruined the new orthotic. Shame on me for messing up something so simple and not double checking before I left; shame on the tech for botching the fitting. Would still recommend them, just be smarter than me and double check before you leave.

Scheduling the apt was super easy and they had apts that were very soon. Not only that but the actual apt was quick and painless. Technician was very kind and answered all of my questions without seeming bothered by how many I asked.
