This place is amazing! If you haven’t stopped in yet, you must. The gift shop has an amazing selection of crystals and unique gifts. The salt cave is relaxing and the room itself is gorgeous. The staff is knowledgeable and hospitable. It’s apparent that they go above and beyond to make sure their customers have a wonderful experience. Beth is the best massage therapist that I have been to “hands down”. Although I have not had a massage with the other therapists yet, I am confident that any of them would be fabulous!

I had my first massage and was scratched by Samantha and caught scabies and fungal rash 🤮. The towels are not clean or new. I'm so disgusted. I tried to make it better I would only get seen by the owner Beth but they refuse to give me a refund. I do not recommend this place unless you are getting sessions with the owner.

I enjoyed the entire first time experience. The salon has so many wonderful gifts and healing stones. I was happy to buyd to a few great things. I then settled in for a great relaxing massage. I Had a wonderful massage with Spencer. He was knowledgeable in what massage would help my health and ease the pain in my joints. It was a combination of massage, trigger point and stretching. Will definitely try to make this a monthly experience Definitely doing and feeling so much better. I am planning another visit with my sister for couples massage and we will be using the salt cave,It looks amazing.

I went here for a couple's massage with hubby. Everything was commercialized. The massage was obviously routine without attention to pressure, tight spots, problem areas, etc. No personality, not worth the money.

On the advice of my physical therapist, I searched out a yoga studio, which was very hard to find in the area. Sol came up as one of the only options and I am so glad that it did. There are multiple classes scheduled 4 days per week and Christin is a great instructor - fun, patient, informative. I have so enjoyed practicing here and plan to keep it up. Highly recommend Christin and Sol.

Professional licensed therapists who are personable and knowledgeable as well as relevant classes and retail. One stop shop if you want to do something nice for yourself or a loved one!

Staff (Kim, Beth and Jesse) were so very Wonderful, Knowledgeable and Professional! I received a 1hr massage from Jesse. All of my tension and stress were resolved! Complete Relaxation and felt like a decade of muscle tension had disappeared. Highly recommended! Thank you so very much!

Had a wonderful couples massage for Valentine's Day at Sol Wellness Center. Staff was very friendly and offered a relaxing atmosphere. Patrick and Beth did a wonderful job. Definitely would book again.
