RUN!!! Go anywherebut here! Travel 50 miles, 100 miles but don't come to this office. I recently had back surgery & going tomorrow for a 2nd surgery. It took 2 full months to get an appointment. It's been another 21 days & still no medication. They don't answer the phone or return calls, neither to me or the pharmacy. I've been calling at least twice a day since October 30th & STILL no medication! I would share more of this nightmare but I am exhausted from this. Hopefully it will end today. As Scarlett Ohara says "After all, tomorrow is another day"

This is the worst place to go to. You can NEVER get anyone to pick up the phone. I have been there and witnessed the front desk ignoring that the phone is ringing. I agree with the other comment how they judge you. The only person I feel is professional and listen to you is Susan, but she is so hard to get into. So disappointing.

If you are a veteran and want to wait more than 5 months just to get a referral or prescription, then go here to waste your time. I have repeatedly contacted them to submit the referrals and even connected them to care in the community to get the documents sent. Nothing happened. Ever. This is the worst care I have ever received from a CITC provider.

Way too difficult to get someone on the phone

I just wish I could get in touch with someone when I call. I have sent emails through the portal and two days later still no reply.

They assume so much & judge you. It’s pretty sad.
