If I could rate zero stars I would. Waited 3 months and drove about an hour for this appointment for my dad. There is no text or phone call to confirm your appointment nor which documents would be needed for said appointment. As soon as you enter you are greeted rudely by the front office. When asked for certain documents I told them I could have someone from home email them over to them and the front office stated “no, they have to be scanned”. Which I work in healthcare and you can simply download the document and place it in a patients chart/file, but they stated no they could not do that. Again we waited 3 months and drove over an hour for this appointment to be turned away like it was not their problem. This is incredibly infuriating and I will be writing a formal complaint to upper management.

I was referred to this pain clinic over six months ago. They canceled my appointments and rescheduled me from february until august. I tore up my knee and I need pain management to even approach physical therapy, this is literally the first step to me getting better and they have made it impossible. After them canceling and rescheduling all year, I finally got my day. I had an 8 am appointment, and I called ahead to make sure everything was okay. They told me to come at 7:30 am to check in. No one from this office showed up until 8am. I've got other, very serious problems that mean I need to be near a bathroom. When they finally let me in after 40 minutes on the sidewalk outside, I urgently had to get into a bathroom. An African American woman who was already upset because she melted a bunch of chocolate in her car, tried to shout through the door and get in the bathroom with me to scold me for using it (terrifying when you're suffering from something like this). She then discharged me as a patient because I used the bathroom without talking to her first. Wasted this entire year waiting to get into this clinic and was sent away for using the bathroom in a medical emergency without getting permission from the hall monitor. Don't even try to use this place. And I don't know why i'm writing a bad review, because they can't even take new patients. just stay away.

I have had 3 appointments with Dr. Dairo at Synovation Medical Group for pain management (including a diagnostic surgical procedure), and had a 4th appointment scheduled for 3/13/24. Two stars because I really liked Dr. Dairo and was just starting to trust and feel comfortable with him. Today, 3/5/24, I got a call from Synovation telling me they need to reschedule my 3/13/24 appointment because Dr. Dairo is now only seeing new patients. I expressed my disagreement with this as I am an established patient with Dr. Dairo and I do not want to start the process over with a new provider. I was told this is a new policy as of 3/4/24. I was not given the option to continue seeing my doctor so I told them I would not be returning to their office. I filed a grievance with my insurance and am considering filing a complaint with the Department of Health.

This clinic/doctor is a nightmare. Here's why. At least twice this year, I had a phone appt. with Dr. Dairo. This Dr. didn't call me. After I made numerous follow ups, he called me back in one of those appointments at least 4 hours later and left a message today, December 29, 2023, I had an appointment at 10:30 pm I admit. I am 4 to 5 minutes late. The front desk lady named Priscilla told me she will ask the doctor if he can still take me in and when she got back she said the doctor will take me in but he needs to finish all the patients with appointments that will come on time, I said ok so my wife and I went in one of the rooms and the lady took my vitals, we then waited for 2 hours and an assistant came in to tell us that the doctor can not see us and followed by the doctor saying with a high tone of voice that they are hungry and it is lunch time and he cannot attend to us so I said you should've told us ahead of time that you could not see us but he kept on insisting that they were on a lunch break and to schedule another appointment with them in the future and that it is unfair for them if he's gonna attend to us while they are very hungry. This doctor has no consideration and compassion and he knew all along that I came there for my pains so I cannot recommend this clinic to anybody.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Dairo yesterday. I always look at reviews whenever I'm referred to a new doctor and to be honest, I was hesitant due to the reviews I read. I prayed and hoped I wouldn't experience what others had with Dr. Dairo. I must say that he was so blunt and made sure before I left what the plans are moving forward and the meds he prescribed and what to expect. He was the first doctor who truly listened and showed true concern of my diagnosis of severe spinal stenosis. I absolutely left his office feeling hopeful. I picked up the meds he prescribed and took them last night. I slept so well for the first time in a long time with no pain!! Thank you Dr. Dairo and your staff for being so awesome 👌

I went through with the procedure that I needed. But wish I hadn't. I hope that you have never done any drugs before in your life, I hope that you have never had a traumatic experience. They will treat you like less than human unless you've not experienced life at all. 10 out of 10 I Do Not Recommend. The VA doesn't care; so I don't know, be careful. And, if you feel like, you don't want to go there, change providers.

Dr. Verdolin is quite rude and might have the worst attitude of any Dr. I have experienced. This person is obviously not in the business of helping people. Basically yelled across the whole office that I needed to hurry up because I was already supposed to be there, when I was not informed of that. The front desk woman Danica also does not seem to know what’s going on in the slightest. They told me to follow up with the front and she looked at me like she had no idea what I was coming up to her for and than after much explanation and needing to go ask when I should be getting a follow up after getting injections, came back and told me 10:15 am without any date. I was in the building before my scheduled appointment and didn’t even get to finish my own paperwork because the nurse took it out of my hand and was doing it for me. I was not informed to arrive early for paperwork, I was also not informed that I would need a driver and only found out when I got my call the day before to confirm my appointment. In which she only said 2:45 and I had to ask if I would be able to drive. I also came to this dr to help figure out what is going on with my severe headaches and neck problems that started in august and have not improved. They said after reviewing MRI that they would refer me to a neurologist and after not hearing anything about this for a few weeks I had to call to find out that according to them there was nothing logged or planned for that to happen so I had to go through my primary who hadn’t even seen my MRI. I’m glad it’s Friday and you want to get out of there, but you don’t need to make people dealing with excruciating pain feel worse about themselves. Very unprofessional, I will be staying with them only until my follow up appointment is through, and then will definitely be changing.

Do not send your loved one to this clinic, particularly if they are elderly. Do not expect quality care and concern from Dr. Brandon Dairo. He treated my mother like she was a junkie off the street. He took an oath to do no harm, but it clearly does not mean anything to him. I will invest all that I have in holding him accountable for his failure to treat my mother with any amount of human decency. Shame on you Mr. HBCU graduate. Shame on you!
