Synovation Medical Group - Chino

As a patient of Synovation for many years due to multiple spinal surgeries and have seen several different PAs over the years, well, a little less than 2 yrs ago I was given yet another new PA . However, she, Dezi Mani has been the best, the one who truly listens, and she understands my situation. The pain, frustration and I shared with her my concerns about medication, my wanting to be down to a lower dosage and she has helped me with these concerns and she helped me achieve my goals, Im currently on far less medication than when I first starting seeing her almost 2 yrs ago. I feel better physically I am very happy with her. Thank you Dezy for all you do and I will always remember your words when I felt unsure or skeptical "You can do this, I believe in you " I must say, I've not had this type of encouragement with anyone else. You're right I can do this and I appreciate you I also want to give a shout out to the staff. The front office is great! Jeanette is very kind, and the other girls including back office are great too! Thanks Dr Lynch for hiring such a great group of people, especially with Dezi! She's changed my life in big ways.

Dr. Mani Dezy is a kind caring Doctor and very professional. Her medical care and knowledge is excellent I'm so grateful I was referred to her because now my pain is under control. Her office staff is very polite and welcoming as well. Synovation Medical Group in Chino Ca, is a great place for pain Management. With Dr. Mani Dezy Dr. Mani Dezy is one of the best Doctors I know!!!! Thank you Dr. Mani for your dedication to all of your patients..

Dr.Dezzy is the best she's an amazing person and super professional. Thank you to all the nurses in the facility you guys are all amazing. Very professional.

Front desk staff is incompetent and rude. They never listen to the patient. They have lied to office manager about what the patient is requesting such as medication refills, appointment requests to mention a few. Dr. Lynch is a great doctor but the office staff must have slept during training.

ABSOLUTE WORST PAIN MANAGEMENT EVER! I used to have a very professional and caring physician here and he ran for the hills, just as you should. Office staff allowed to be as rude as they want. Cancel appointments all the time. Refills not sent. Cannot reach by phone, text or email! I see the MEDICAL DIRECTOR who is the rudest physician I have encountered in my life. Today, after 6 days of NO pain meds, I went to pick them up. NOT COVERED, because the inept office staff did not send paperwork I told them was REQUIRED last month. I will not be silenced. I assure you that you do NOT want to go here. I am desperately trying to get out, would rather pay cash!

Drmani is incredible and her bedside manner is 10 out of 10!

Do yourself a favor before you go to this pain management doctor (Dr Lynch) and his synnovation medical group they are the absolute worst group of Dr,"s I have ever seen. They degraded me completely during the visits. Made me feel like I wanted these drugs for any reason besides my destroyed ankle. It was suggested that I was going to sell the drugs they prescribed on the streets plain and outright said that to me. I have severe osteo arthritis in my ankle and I I can hardly even walk. They did nothing for me. In fact, I contacted the billing office and told them that I want my money refunded. They should not be paid for doing nothing. I am serious, go somewhere else any where else is far better than here. This group SUCKS! I am 65 y/o and do not deserve this type of treatment.
