My sister and I both attended the 2017 Big Island Retreat which was amazing. It was a week long of waking up very early meditating then our first yoga class. Some field trips, but mainly staying on the Hawaiian Resort sacred property. Such a beautiful experience and so enlightening learning about the great teacher Yogananda. Watching the movie Awake was a beautiful way to understand the Synergy yoga focus. God bless Perry and Charles, they are beautiful loving people. Our world needs more Synergy Yoga.
