Synergy Wellness Center - Prescott Valley

This was my first time to a chiropractor in more than 20 years. Dr. Hancock and the entire staff were welcoming, kind and explained everything to me. After my treatment my pain was alleviated. Definitely going returning for more care to make sure my back stays healthy!!

The professionalism, friendly staff. It was my first visit, and I felt very comfortable. Looking forward to my next visit.

Front staff is wonderful. This is the best wellness center in town. They provide great service every time since all the message therapists are awesome. Thank you Don and the PV synergy team!

All Synergy staff is friendly, courteous and professional. The staff is seasoned in their respective medical profession. Even the front-line admin staff are spot-on with their duties and responsibilities.

I booked an hour massage for 11:30. I was brought back at 11:35. Massage ended at 12:20. The therapist didn’t direct me on which position to start (face up or face down). “Whatever you want, dude” was his response when I asked. I started myself face down. He came back in and got started. Proceeded to ask questions, for the first 15 minutes, about what I did for a living, if I had pets, what their names were, where I was from, etc. As it was time to rollover, he simply asks for me to scoot down and turn over and, without help, I scooted down and turned over. He starts on the feet and works his way up to my neck. Which means, the rest of my body up to my neck had germs from my feet. Once he was done with my neck, he asked what else I wanted worked on, so I said more on the feet, please. He barely touched them, said he was finished and exited. I got up, got dressed and walked out. Worst massage from a ten year veteran that I’ve ever had and definitely NOT worth $100. Will not be back nor recommend..

I had a full body massage with Amber and it was the most uncomfortable I've had. She really liked working the sides of my back (only briefly the full back and not the legs like I had requested) and got very close to my breasts several times. Also odd was the emphasis on the back of my ear lobes. Her deep exhales at times and yogi mantras 'let it all go' made me uncomfortable too. Also paying for a 60 min massage and only getting 40 min was frustrating. My first massage at the center last week was much better. Diaz did a great job with a full body massage and focused on my legs and added more pressure upon request. It was 50 mins. The center's waiting room is bright and spacious, and the massage rooms were clean. The center was busy on both visits with regulars for chiropractic. I hesitate to go back though.

As a new patient in severe pain, I was given an appointment and seen within 3 hours. Their office staff, nurse and Dr were phenomenal. I would definitely recommend them, and will definitely be back.

The front office staff were so friendly and made us feel comfortable. The chiropractor was the best I've ever experienced and made my daughter feel so comfortable. He was extremely knowledgeable and we are excited to continue services!
