Synergy Rehab and Wellness

I had a hand procedure at UVA, my doctor told me that the heal time for the procedure is about 9 months. He recommended me come to Synergy for rehab. I have been working with Becca for about two months. Today she ran me through my last series of tests, said that I have progressed well and recommended I go back to regular fitness routine and work. The care, exercise and treatment from Synergy (Becca) is the best physical therapy I have ever had. She worked on my scar and made it almost invisible. I recommend Synergy Physical Therapy over any other places in town. I have been to most over my 64 year life. Great Job Synergy and Becca.

My experience at Synergy was absolutely perfect. Melissa at the front desk was always so pleasant, helpful and greeted me with a friendly smile every time. My therapist, Becca, could not have been nicer. She was kind, gentle and so knowledgeable. She always answered my questions fully and inspired reassurance regarding my progress. The facility is clean, organized and has all equipment that could be needed. I will be happy to return for future therapy, if need be, and will be happy to recommend Synergy to anyone I can.

What can I say!! Being my third time of rehab at Synergy for various back and leg issues, I thought I knew what to expect. This time I experienced a new level of treatment thanks to Chelsea and Alex. Most of my treatment was with Alex who showed me patience, kindness and caring, but above all, his expertise in knowing and understanding of what I needed to improve. What two specialist I had previously seen concerning leg pain and who could not help, Alex treated and alleviated the pain with one treatment! I hope Synergy recognizes what a rare find Alex is! I also want to acknowledge Melissa and Lindsey at the front desk for scheduling appointments to suit me. Thanks!

I received therapy for about 6 months at Synergy, Waynesboro clinic. It was A+ in service and public relations. I cannot say enough about Melissa, Dr Alec, and Trainer Elizabeth. My wife and I recommend this office to everyone we have the opportunity to. Our lives were enriched both health-wise and on a personal level.

Kudos to Dr. Alex and Chelsea. Together they helped me recover from shoulder surgery. In what seems like a very short 13 weeks I am almost completely recovered. Both were entirely focused on me each time I worked with them. Both pushed me with new exercises and always encouraged me on every one. Their assistants were kind, funny and always listened. I am so thankful for the staff at Synergy. Melissa is always so helpful and kind with her efforts to set up and/or change my appointments. Dr’s Alex and Tobin are wonderful! Bekah Vanzo-Thomas is a gem of a therapist at Synergy Rehab! I broke my wrist and when I was ready for therapy, I lucked out and was scheduled to work with Bekah. I must have seen her over 15 times and am now fully functional with my wrist movements. Together we made plans for me to heal and relearn how to move my wrist and hand. She educated me on why I needed to do whatever movement she needed me to do, which really helped me focus on each exercise. I felt very cared for by her, with her gentle touch and encouraging words. I thoroughly enjoyed my therapy sessions with her! I will highly recommend Bekah Vanzo-Thomas to anyone who needs wrist and hand therapy!
