Amazing all-around!! I have had several shoulder surgeries, the most recent being a total reverse replacement in June 2023. I wish I had gone to Synergy from the start, but I'm here now and thriving. I tried a bunch of weight loss programs like Keto, Paleo, and SlimFast, and honestly, I was pretty frustrated with the results. Then my coworker started the semaglutide program at Synergy Wellness and was seeing some solid progress, so I decided to give it a shot. Unlike the restrictive diets I’ve tried before, this program has been effective and sustainable. The staff is professional and supportive and the facility is new and clean. I’ve been losing weight steadily without feeling deprived and I’m feeling more confident in the mirror and when I’m out and about socializing. It’s pretty crazy that weight loss injections are a thing now. If you’re serious about shedding some pounds, I definitely recommend the team at Synergy Wellness! They will take care of you!

Beyond outstanding! So Kaley possesses a remarkable combination of expertise, compassion, dedication and ability to motivate. She took the time to thoroughly assess my condition, listen to my concerns, and develop a personalized treatment plan. Her deep knowledge of physical therapy techniques and the human body was evident in every session. I have now seen her for two different issues since 2022 and knew I wanted to work with her again when I had new physical limitations arise. You will not be disappointed in your results.

Synergy physical therapy is definitely a cut above others I’ve tried in this area. I went in with rotator cuff tears in both shoulders a few months ago and am still without pain. I’m currently receiving physical therapy there for my lumbar spine, again hoping to avoid surgery.
