A week ago I met with Dr. Chang for my knee. He said he was going to order me an MRI and write "stat" on the order. I called a couple days later and the authorization request had not yet been submitted to my insurance and I was told that Dr. Chang never actually wrote "urgent" on my order despite telling me to. I was promised that the authorization request would be submitted to my insurance that day. Now a few days later, I cannot get anyone to answer the phone at the office. So I drove down and was again ensure that it was approved and my information was sent to the MRI place. However when I called the MRI location they informed me they had nothing on file. The MRI office then called my insurance company on my behalf and insurance informed him that they did not receive anything from Dr. Chang's office either. That is twice in a week's time that Dr. Chang and his office staff lied to me. I am disappointed and this has just prolonged my pain. I do not know if I will be continuing with his office even after I ever get this MRI. Please stay away they are incompetent!

Yes I like the doctor very much I like my experience they are very professional and very thorough and explaining everything I couldn't have been more satisfied thank you. Dr. Shillto was great. No I can't wait to meet Dr Chang to start my treatment on my hand

Dr Chang and his assistant are professionals and knowledgeable in assisting me to get the proper care that I need immediately. they explain all my options and guided me through and made me feel comfortable. I thank Dr Chang and his team .

If i can give more stars i would the staff is just so kind amazing and welcoming. Dr. Bernikel is just so amazing he explains everything that will be going on. I was terrified it was my 1st surgery the staff and doctor eased and made my surgery a great one .

Went in recently for a knee injury and staff were very friendly and helpful when making my appointment. When I arrived I was greeted cheerfully for checkin and cared for well throughout the entire appointment. Dr.Burnikel was very helpful explaining treatments options for me. Great experience overall.

Terrible reception staff! I was only 10 minutes late due to traffic on a business day, and they rudely informed me that the doctor had moved on to the next patient. No chance of being seen that day. Absolutely infuriating treatment of patients! And it’s not possible to reach out to them via phone to reschedule the appointment, you will spend days calling before they finally pick up the phone just to put you on an endless hold.

Dr Shillito is really great! He was very attentive and explained everything that was going on and my options. He explained all steps that would be taken during surgery which set my mind at ease. I definitely recommend Dr. Shillito.

I came in filled out my paperwork didn't have to wait long to get called or to see the doctor, was glad that I could take extra X-rays at that location and overall my appointment there was successful.
