Synergy Orthopedics Physical Therapy- Kearny Mesa

Horrible new experience at this facility, it’s a doctors office that required me to stand outside the office for 20 minutes. Mind you I have severe knee pain and can’t stand for 2 minutes. Reason, they don’t adhere to Governor Newsom lifting of covid mandates. As a matter of fact they didn’t know and kept preaching the CDC mandates that went out a long time ago. Also had the discrimination comment of where i live as the reason I don’t were a mask. As i noted to receptionists that the doctors aren’t wearing mask and they said that’s ok. Overall experience with staff was a big zero, my experience with Jerri my PA was a 10. Just really disappointed they don’t know laws or mandates and required approvals to force people to wear masks.

This company is garbage. They overbook their appointments and then people overflow into the hallways. It's not uncommon to have to wait until WELL AFTER your scheduled appointment time to be seen.

I have been to several physical therapy places. This one is by far my favorite. They know what they're doing and it's done in the small hands on setting
