Like the other low review, I wasn't too impressed. They gave me about a 10 min eval, then suddenly I was getting suction cups and a heat pad for 10+ min. This is stuff I can do at home. They gave me a few stretches and sent me on my way. If I had to pay more I'd be way more upset if insurance didn't cover it. As it is, I'll check some place else. They barely even assessed much flexibility or strength.

My SO went to Synergy for physical therapy. I do physical therapy with a reputable orthopedic group, so I know what is supposed to happen. They guide me through exercises, show me how to do them, explain exactly what I am doing right or wrong, and what I am doing is supposed to accomplish, and what muscle groups are affected. Sorry, what she got, suction cups on the back and 10 minutes under a heating pad is not physical therapy, but quackery. If I wanted pseudoscience I would have sent her to a chiropractor. The did give her a page with three exercises printed on it. Did not have her do them there, or guide her through them. I can buy suction cups on Amazon for less than $20, I already have a heating pad at home, and I can easily look up generic exercises online.

I loved my therapist Teresa Kenens. I just had my first appointment for chronic pelvic pain due to IC + and I felt so motivated when I left. Teresa had the best personality! She is extremely smart, kind, outing and funny. She explained why I’m in pain all day and believed I was. She told me I’m not crazy, Like so many other doctors could/have. I encourage anyone who has chronic pelvic pain to go here. I know this will be the right fit for me! I don’t even mind the drive from Pueblo because I know I will be getting helped by someone who is experienced!! ❤️

I had two different experiences with this company. About two years ago I started going, without insurance. They had a discount payment plan if you prepaid. I did this, but then we got insurance. They were required to use the insurance, but would not refund my unused prepaid $ (350). Eventually they did agree when the owner got involved. I suspended therapy because it was not helping, and my seasonal job resumed. I went back last week, for a different issue. There were signs requiring masks and 6 ft. etc. GOOD! But when I went into the room, the woman who was going to work with me had her mask around her chin. I asked if she was vaccinated. Nope. I told her that was a problem, especially since she couldn’t wear her mask correctly. I asked if I could schedule with a vaccinated therapist and was told they “couldn’t accommodate me” at either of their facilities. I do need to say that the owner Kelli was a great therapist and tried to help me make progress, but the vaccinating stance was just too much.

I am Rhona and have been seeing Kelli Haddock and Brett Barnes for several years. They are both amazing PT's and explain what they are doing in as much detail as I request. I am grateful for the many good sessions I have had and will continue to have with both these outstanding therapists.

I absolutely love my physical therapist, and she has helped me so much. After twenty years dealing with chronic pain from an injury, I feel like I have finally found some relief. Most of the employees are very helpful and seem genuinely happy to be there helping people.

I am currently working with Jasmine and have worked with Kelly in the past. Both provided fantastic care and have helped me tremendously. Despite being very busy, Jasmine always has a grasp on my issues and progress which I truly appreciate.

Better communication with patients would have really helped with my situation I think. It felt like there was no plan, no end in sight and they would just continue to see me and charge me copays and for needles and tape forever despite getting very little relief. I tried to verbalize this to the therapist but it didn't get anywhere. I had the same appointment 3-4 times in a row and gave up.
