I came to Kelly with an intense back pain, that came while I was on a trip. When I started seeing her, I had a hard time walking and taking care of my day to day functions. Kelly quickly assessed the issue, and started to work on my problem. She was very compassionate, kind and hands on. I had relief after my first appointment, and it only continued over the the time I saw her. Her staff was helpful and thorough, I was honestly sad when she told me I didn't need to schedule another appointment. I can't speak highly enough of the care. I feel like I have a better self care plan in place, not to mention my back pain is gone, after working with Kelly at Synergy!

Kelly Haddock is is most amazing PT I have ever used, and I have been to several. My daughter and now my sister-in-law see Kelly and she has done amazing work for them. Brett is the best in their office for taping and other PT type stuff. They make the best PT team in the Springs.

Facility has been closed for about a year.

Find another facility. This facility will not disclose accurate billing information. They are rude and go out of their way to lie about anything that suits their own interests.

Kelly and the team successfully helped me manage migraines. The team is professional, knowledgeable and caring.

Twice have shown up for an appointment and they haven’t been there.
