Synct Collaborative Therapy

Absolutely terrible experience with this company in the beginning and then again in the end. When my daughter first started with this company it was a new company and they had a hard time keeping BTs so I was very frustrated with them but they were trying so I was a bit more understanding. Then I got two fabulous ladies who worked with my daughter for 6 plus years. Then she got a new BCA on the case who barely knew my daughter. This lady was having whatever internal work issues with the fabulous BTs that had nothing to do with my daughter and I as clients. However, as a result both BTs left the position and my daughter went for weeks without services and only to have the BCA call me a few weeks later and say she is also leaving the company and they were dropping my daughter because there was no staff who could take her case. I have heard nothing from upper management. I should say she did say she would be happy to give me referrals to help make the transition easier although most places have long wait list. Unfreaking believable of this company. To think I was with them from the beginning when Amy came to my house herself to do the intake. We did nothing wrong and got dropped just like that.

Really professional and kind people that have a lot patience. They make you feel so comfortable.
